Always prompt, courteous staff, new planes, XM radio, and it's one of the few airlines I can still actually afford. What's not to like? It's no accident that this discount carrier has thrived while traditional airlines can barely survive. It's always my first choice.

There are three airtran call centers. If you speak with an agent from the carrollton center, you will be in good hands. The agents in carrollton are mostly college students, super friendly and helpful. The other two centers aren't always quite as warm and friendly. Ask which center your agent is in... if it's atlanta or savannah, hang up and try again!
