Customer service is horrible. I finally gave up and found a new dentist when, after 4 MONTHS, they wouldn't return my calls to tell me how much procedures would cost. They would not communicate with insurance, and they charge extra fees not covered by ins. Last straw - was told "it's not my fault, I can't help it if the other people here do a bad job" when I complained. Hygienist kept quoting the Bible at me. Dentist was condescending. Kept pushing expensive procedures. Long wait. 2nd worst dentist ever. I have switched.

After a bad experience with a previous dentist, I was a bit fearful of finding a new one. Dr. Farahani and her staff changed that! They are always welcoming and professional and very accomodating in scheduling. I never feel like I'm getting pushed for expensive dental services we don't need-they just take good care of my family's teeth. The office has the latest technology and they handle the insurance flawlessly. I highly recommend them!
