Very rude and I've read that this is nothing new. Terrible terrible experience at all about kids pediatrics. The nurse was extremely rude and dismissive as well. You know what they say, "action reflects leadership".

Dr overcash is very friendly she listens to my concerns she always has good advice. I have a SPD child she helped me get all the service's I needed to help me. She called hospitals for testing and took my daughter very seriously she came up with a plan to help my family get on track. I have another child that was premature and Dr overcash has always taken the time to go over everything with me. I don't vaccinate my children do to seizures and do to SPD speech and adhd she has never pressured me into it either. The office staff is a different story they are not nice not easy or friendly. I think maybe she thinks she is better then everyone else. But I put up with that because the Dr is amazing.

Dr Overcash is wonderful, as well as Dr Wilkiemeyer. Both ladies are nice and super friendly. I never feel rushed during any of my appointments, as the doctors really take the time to answer my questions. Also, they are very supportive of breastfeeding moms, as I have been encouraged to nurse for at least 18-24 months (but Dr Overcash didn't pass any judgments when I asked her about supplementing with formula at a recent appointment). The staff is very nice, and the office is nicely decorated in a cute aquatic theme. I highly recommend this practice!

All About Kids is AMAZING! Both the doctors are thoughtful and caring. I never have to wait for an sppoinntment, and they take such great care of my little one. I have called numerous times with questions, and I always get an immediate call back. They are so patient with my new mommy questions, and I never feel rushed. The nurses and office staff are equally great. I feel so fortunate to have found them. What a supportive and amazing practice!!!

Very pleased with AAK! They take the time to answer ALL of your first time mom questions. The staff is always super nice and professional. Love that the docs are both moms. Imagine how great it would be if your best friend or sister was a pediatrician- that is what going to All About Kids is like.

Coming from other offices I was always treated like a file number or a drive thru order. The staff is so courteous and professional. Never rushed out the door and the over all picture to better health is always addressed. Don't trust my kids with many but this one is a keeper.

My daughter's recently migrated to the States and required vaccinations and a physical to be able to attend school. I called numerous pediatricians and explained my predicament and was told that it would be nearly a month before my girls can be seen by the doctor, to forego the physical and take them to the Health Department for their shots. I continued calling until I came across AAK. Finally, I spoke to Cheryl the office manager, explained my situaci n, and found her to be very sympathetic and competent. Within 48 hours she had my girls seen by the Doctor. I hold Doctors in the same regard as lawyers, always try to avoid them. Nevertheless, Dr. Overcash is the first Pediatrician who has not only met my expectations, but actually exceeded them. She was genuinly interested in our daughters health and welfare. She spent well over an hour inquiring about our families health history, the girls health & psychological history, and a host of other issues and recommendations. These folks are a throw back to good old fashion healthcare.

After a bad experience at my 4 day old duaghter's checkup with Suwanee Pediatrics, I knew there must be a better practice. Thank you Kudzu for pointing me to AAK. The office is bright and clean and I have yet to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment. Yes, they are strict on you being on time. But they don't overbook so your time is just as valuable to them as theirs. I have never been in the waiting room with another child. When I've called after hours about concerns, the doctor herself always calls me back. They are not quick to suggest that you come into the office "just to check". Dr. O and Dr W. make you feel like you're a friend and not just a patient. They always answer all of my questions. They are almost always able to see you the same day if your child is sick. Cheryl (the office mgr)is no nonsense and direct, but she knows her job and is very nice once you get to know her. Marthalicia is a wonderful nurse and able to answer many questions herself. I recommend this practice to all of my mommy friends. You won't be disappointed.

I have to express with complete satisfaction and much excitement to all the parents in the gwinnet area and beyond looking for a pediatric office. The dr's at AAKP are absolutely the BEST! I moved both my kids from an extremely busy snellville practice that really didn't care about the patients in the waiting room or any concerns or questions I had. I was very nervous to switch my kids b/c we became so accustomed to the long waits but yet RUSHED staff - we gave AAKP a try anyway and have been SO PLEASED with every encounter! YES YOU HAVE to be ON TIME!! AND I LOVE THAT! Where else are you actually accountable for this - I'll tell you where - - - NOWHERE!! And that can make a HUGE difference in the quality of care you receive from a Dr. If the patients are on time then guess what?! The Dr's are able to spend quality time with each and every patient. Both Dr O and Dr W have seen my kids and both have been so nice and understanding and willing to listen and take the time to properly check out my kids on each visit without RUSHING...I don't know about you other parents out there but when it comes to my kids - DON'T rush me if I have questions I want them answered...if I have concerns I want you to ease them and talk me through them...that is what a GREAT practice does...and that is what AAKP does. The entire staff is professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them and am so thankful I gave them a try! Thank you AAKP for all you do for my family.

My granddaughter goes to this practice, her mom drives an hour just to see Dr. Overcash and Dr. Wilkiemeyer because they "REALLY CARE" about their patients. The staff is amazing and always so professional. As a grandmother, I want to know my grandchild is in good hands! Love this practice!:))))

Both doctors are wonderful, it never matters who I see, they are both excellent and great with my daughter. They take the time to discuss everything with you and really listen to what issues you are having. I never have to wait or deal with a stuffed waiting room. The nurse is awesome too. She really goes the extra mile, they all do. Even the office manager is very nice. Cheryl is no nonsense, but very good at her job. They are strict about being on time, that is because they do not overbook. I LOVE this doctors office and so glad that I choose them!

We were going to change to this practice from the nightmare of Gwinnett Pediatrics- Before the entry exam, we had to get our oldest of 2 daughters seen due to a constant battle of strep throat. We loved the Doctor, however they never called back with the results of the culture they had to take as they PROMISED to do. The next week we had the entry exam scheduled. We had back to back appointments for both the children to be seen. I arrived late for the first appointment and the RUDE lady at the front desk insisted they discharge those late on their entry exams. I asked her if we needed to find another pediatrican and she gave the careless shrug.. With them not calling us back, and the attitude given, I feel like we got let out of another nightmare before we got in it.. We instantly fell in love with the doctor, however she REALLY needs some new staff... No follow through and rude.. NOT what we are looking for! Next please!

Wonderful doctors and staff; I recommend them to everyone I know with children. I am thrilled to have found a pediatrician in Gwinnett willing to provide ethical vaccines (meaning fetal-cell free vaccines) for parents who request them. The doctors have been very accommodating of our wishes in this regard. This practice is outstanding in every way!

The office staff are some of the rudest I have encountered. Dr Overcash does not listen to your concerns at all. She also is supposedly "vaccine friendly" but actually tells you to vaccinate and hands you a stack of CDC papers. When I started questioning on specifics she could not answer my questions and did not know the answers.
