I've been a tenant for over 3 years and I cannot say enough about this management company and its Property Manager, Lynn Owings. No matter what I've needed, she has gone out of her way to communicate with me via phone and/or email. If you're looking for a place to rent, look here first. THEY ARE GREAT!!!

All County Property Management North Metro employees are professional and conscientious. I don't worry about my rental investment because they do! The agreements are straightforward and the Management fee is reasonable. It has never taken but a few weeks to find well qualified tenants for my property. I will continue to employ All County for as long as I have rental property in this area.

I've used All County for several houses and highly recommend their services. They take of everything from leasing the home to maintenance. They are proactive with issues and check in with me when a decision needs to be made.

It gives me utmost joy to write this review, why? Read on! Shortly after upgrading our property to be placed on market for rent in 2009, our next step was to find a reliable property manager whom we felt empathized standards embodied in "The Golden Rule;" then came All County Property Management North Metro. From inception in 2009 through 2017 they have fully and perfectly vetted every tenant, even international. The management and friendly staff get it! For over eight years we've been able to sleep comfortably at night knowing our property was well managed: Quality tenants, on-time updates, top-notch vendors, on-time rent payments, a competitive management fee, the list goes on. Scant repair cost due to minor wear and tear were always kept at minimum with staff always keeping us fully apprised.. Honesty, Excellence, Reliability, Superior Service and Ultimate Professionals who know their business, but more importantly a company which truly exemplifies that time honored tradition "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!"

Utilizing All County cost me a total of $12K+ above & beyond income from renting my house. The tenant who moved in routinely broke items that All County required me to fix. My agent encouraged me to go with her demands saying that eventually she would settle down. She never did. She learned that she could break anything without consequence. The damage left behind was awful. Even after repairing the walls/painting & installing new carpet, the house still reeked of pet odor. Turned out she had been running a pet sitting service. 20 minutes of looking her up online told me this. How did All County miss this? Here is how my experience with All County ended: 1. Deposit: $1100 + $200 pet deposit. All County gave me $1252. The fact that the damages cost many $1000's to repair, & she was running a pet sitting business in violation of her lease should have negated her receiving any of her deposit back. 2. The renewal agreement included a $150 re-keying fee, which I never received. When I questioned it, Dave Theurer, the owner of All County, left me a message saying All County didn't owe me this. If you have a property you want/need to rent, find another company or act as your own landlord. Do not use this incompetent, unprofessional, unscrupulous company. A big thumbs-up to All County North Metro. As an active owner of Ga. and Fla. rental properties, I sought the best management team. I found them! All County's management is highly qualified, responsive, fair & honest. Outstanding in every way. Excellent company!

I used this company for 2 properties I own. Their failure to check on the properties as I requested resulted in damages and expenses of over $5,000.00. And I was left with 2 months of unpaid rent. Now in order to collect the money owed to me they want an additional $25 to hand the paperwork to a collection agency which will then get 40% of the money. I paid them to do their job shouldn't they pay the collection fees etc.? No accountability for them more loss to me! BEWARE!
