I chose this service because it was rated as a platinum level dealer by James Hardie Products. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, was prompt in making house call, took measurements, and contacted me later showing interest in doing the project. On the first day, the workman seemed to be very professional. However, as the work proceeded, things changed. Workmen arrived late(around 10:00 - 11:00), did not cover shrubs (broke off azeala bushes to the root. Different workers on daily basis. None of the workers could speak a little English; therefore, could not communicate about little details. Sales Representative initially told me one thing about a particular application; but after getting into the job stated something entirely different which resulted in an incomplete job which he never return to complete. What company actually did the job was confusing. I called All In One; however, the representative stated the company was changing it's name to JD Services. JD Services completed the work. Never saw the sales rep again. The painting is average; however, the painter hasn't completed the job. The gutters were not put back, nor the exterior lighting. Excess material has been left in driveway. Workmanship on siding and painting is average, but workers are sloppy and lack the finishing skills. Do not use All In One or JD Services.

I was impressed in the decision making stage and choose this company for their professionalism (as well as price). We were out of town for the work and they left their materials all over our yard which killed most of our grass. When I complained, they said it was normal and would grow back. They took an extension cord out of our garage w/out permission and never returned it. I was told they didn't want to hunt down the workers and just took $ off the price (unacceptable to take things from my house). Their dumpster left gouges that I can't repair in my driveway. Again, I was told this is standard. They didn't drape anything over my landscaping, so many plants were destroyed. I was told - they are seasonal and would grow back. Now I find out, 6 months later, they haven't paid one of their bills and there is now a lein on my house! While the siding/painting looks great - I wish I had used a different company. I expect the contractor to pay their bills, cover my landscaping and clean up after themselves each day as to not destroy more of my yard than necessary. I caution you to use this company.

Needing LP siding replaced, we contacted seven different companies for quotes. While All In One Exteriors was not the most inexpensive, they were very professional in their approach and made me comfortable with their proposed work. Pricing was good for additional work found when the wall was opened up. I have found the need to call them back once for warranty work. Rather than putting off the warranty work they jumped right on it and made everything right.
