Our friends have been raving about Alliance for years. We have used them from time to time for a wide variety of repairs. After a sketchy experience with a chain shop, I brought my van back to Alliance. The coupon for the oil change at the other place did not save me any money. They did a shoddy job on my brake replacement then told me I had an axle that needed repair. I asked Alliance for a second opinion. So far, they saved me $400. I have had a side mirror broken off. They fixed it. I've had a bent track on the sliding door (kids!), they are fixing that. They are redoing the brake job the right way so the van will stop shimmying. They are extremely professional. The oil changes can now be done while you wait. I saw a previous review that said they were by appointment only. While I was there a friend of mine popped in. He was getting his car repaired. He told me that it was his first time there, but he would be coming back because the repair job another shop was going to charge him $850 for, cost him 1/10th that at Alliance because the first place was dishonest. This is a rarity. An honest mechanic - actually two! Dexter and Randy are both a pleasure to work with.

We've been bringing our cars to Alliance Service Center for over a decade now and have always been pleased with their top-notch service and competitive pricing. More importantly, you can trust that they are telling the truth. I've had numerous experiences where people at an oil change or tire shop gave me a laundry list of repairs and maintenance totaling hundreds of dollars. I always say, "I'll think about it", and then take the list to Dexter and Randy at Alliance Service Center. Without fail, there are items that don't need to be addressed. These guys have saved me tons of money over the years and I recommend them to everyone I know. They've recently expanded and have a nice, clean waiting room with wi-fi access as well.

Dexter, the owner, is the most honest mechanic I've ever known. In the spring I was quoted an amount to fix my AC. A few months later when I had it fixed he was able to get the part cheaper. Some mechanics wouldn't have passed on the savings to the customer. My parents have gone to him for over 10 years.

I highly recommend this shop. I went here after receiving much higher quotes elsewhere. It is now my primary service shop. As a single female, it is great to have a shop that you can trust.

Dexter and Randy have been our family mechanics for many years, and they have never failed to give the most excellent service possible, no matter how simple or complicated the repair. They are as honest and trustworthy as you could hope for. On top of that, they're really nice guys to talk to - true Southern gentlemen. Treat yourself to becoming a customer of Alliance Service Center!

The two guys that work there are great. Their shop is always clean. They are very thorough and take the time to explain to the smallest of details. They might charge a little more for an oil change, but they actually lube the joints on your vehicle (like it should be done), they rotate tires and do brake inspections with your oil change.

I have been using these folks for many years and must say they have two main traits. Honesty (the most important) and technical knowledge. They have always been fair and even in emergencies have gone out of their way to help.

These guys Dexter (owner) and Randy are very honest and they really do good work. They take cars on appointment only so that they can dedicate their time and efforts to your vehicle. You will never go to their shop and see cars all over the place half torn apart and unfinished. You will always get a true estimate before any work is done and there is never any suprises. They will do what needs to be done and will inform you of what may need to be done in the near future. I have never been disappointed with their work or their recommendations.
