Last week heater did not kick on. Juan spent 30 minutes diagnosing problem and determined heat anticipator circuit in thermostat could be going away. Thermostat is still within allowable tolerances so he suggested "just wait and see." During these hard economic times how refreshing to find a knowledgeable, honest, and responsive company. ***** UPDATE ***** Contacted Aloha to have (2) thermostats replaced. Quote was $230 higher than what I paid to a certified Honeywell contractor. Girl in the office told me they were "down on their luck." So why rip off existing customers?
