I visited Dr. Alpert's office in 11/2012 for a partial denture. The total for her treatment plan was $4,930. Since I don't have dental insurance, cost is a consideration, so I wanted a second professional opinion. I paid my $89 bill and requested an electronic copy of my dental x-rays, however, instead of the 14 or 16 x-rays that were taken, all I got was seven and I noticed quickly that none of them provided details on the treatment area related to the denture. The office manager told me that these x-rays were all they have. On my question what happened to the other pics, she told me they were deleted. I was in total disbelief how they could throw out those x-rays that were absolutely critical to performing the treatment. The second dentist told me that she needed to take four more x-rays for her evaluation. So I was exposed to unnecessary x-rays and had to pay extra because Dr. Alpert's office does not respect basic patient interests when they want a second opinion. The second dentist will only charge me $1,288, a 74% savings. I cannot recommend Dr. Alpert's office.

It seems that I stay in the Dentist's Office. Dr Alpert is my dentist of choice; she does all of my dental work from exams to the perfect fitting bridge that I currently have. After 20 years of average military dentists I'm glad that I've found a dentist that exceeds the standard. If you're looking for a a great dental office with a great doctor and staff. I recommend the professionals at Ismile. I plan to have implants installed in the near future.

Dr. Alpert and her staff are the best in town!. This awesome group of ladies are very friendly, professional and courteous. If you're afraid of going to the dentist because you've had a bad experience in the past, then iSmile is the office for you. They even have iPods, pillows, and blankets to help you relax while having your dental work done. I used to dread dental appointments, but that's no longer an issue for me thanks to Dr.Alpert. A definite two thumbs up from me!

I was super scared of the dentist, you know like everyone else bad experience. Then, I walked into iSmile. First, off there's nothing but beautiful women working there.... BIG PLUS. Everyone, was super friendly. Then, when I got in the back everyone made sure I was at ease. Offering me snacks, water, coffee the works. Dr. Alpert totally came and explained everything, took some extra time to answer ALL my questions. They rock at iSmile, I would refer everyone.
After hearing wonderful things about Dr.Alpert and her staff from co-workers and neighbors, I decided to give her a try. I was in need of a dentist a bit closer to home, and thought lets see. I was pleasantly suprised when I arrived and was greeted by warm friendly smiles. This may seem silly, but I dont see a lot of that any more. After having my teeth cleaned by the hygenist(BEST CLEANING EVER!!) I met Dr. Alpert. She was wonderful! Very thorough and explained in detail everything I needed. I cant help but wonder if the other reviews are even speaking of the same dentist or practice??? I am more than happy with the work Dr.Alpert did for me, and get lots of compliments on my smile thanks to my new veneers from Dr.Alpert and her amazing staff! I would recommend her services to everyone!!!

I would not recommend this dentist to anyone I know. Her work is way below average, she is not detailed, does not examine your teeth (only looks at x-rays), does not explain anything, unless you ask questions and her ethics are definitely questionable. My advice is to find someone who will do a good job the first time on your teeth so you don't have to go to another dentist to repair her work. I don't normally do reviews, but I wanted to help other people avoid what I have had to deal with.

I went to see this dentist for a dental bridge. She prepared the back tooth of the bridge too close to the nerve, and I ended up with root canal. And I paid the cost out of my own pocket. Besides, the third permanent bridge (yes, she did three permanent bridges and none of them fit right), she cemented on first before she adjusted the bite. And she removed so much of the porcelain part that the metal part was completely exposed. And the bite was completely off. I have to see another dentist to have the bridge removed and get a new one. I have suffered the pain tremendously and it has cost me a total of $7,000.00 just for a dental bridge!
