Watch out for these guys. We had them replace a door lock on a Honda Civic over a year ago and recently found out they did not properly re-assemble the internal door liner which caused a water leak from the door under the carpet inside the car. In turn, we developed mold/mildew and had to pay over $500 to replace the carpet in our car and repair re-assemble and re-seal the door liner like they should have done. In addition, the owner was rude to us at the time of repair but we were so far into the repair we just wanted them to finish and move on. Little did we know they also took a shortcut in re-assembling the door which cost us significant money later on. This is the second incident we have had with this shop after a previous issue with transmission fluid replacement. Watch out for a potentially rude owner (he gets upset if you start asking too many questions). I would not trust the quality of service here unless you can visually see everything that is done.

I've been to Alpharetta Auto for my emissions tests for several years. They're really nice, get the car in and out and have a nice waiting area. I've also used them for repairs. Most recently I went in for a brake job. I'd just had my brakes done a year earlier by another place that completely botched it. I'm lucky I didn't get killed. The mechanic at Alpharetta Auto asked the owner "did her husband do this?" so it must have looked like a botched DIY job. I waited at home while the car was being looked at and they called to say what the found, what my options were and how much it would cost. The owner is really nice and they'll give you a ride home if you need one, too. I'm sticking with them from now on.

Use shop for oil changes, tire rotations and emission testing. Great team, competitive pricing EZ to get an appointment. One time changed a brake light bulb at no charge. Check them out if you need a great repair shop in Roswell or Alpharetta.
