We had a fence installed by this company about 9 months ago. We have several pickets that have started to warp and new they were covered under the picket replacement warranty. However, when we called we learned that the company has gone out of business. That sucks for us!

In the beginning the service was good, but once scheduling issues arose and building issues came up, the service went down hill. It was almost a full-time job calling over and over again to correct the scheduling, correct the details with the fence. In the end the fence turned out well, but no sales person or customer serivce person returned my calls to explain the 11 issues we had. They did do a nice job, but I do not feel I would call them again.

I used American Landmark Fence two years ago and they did a decent job, but I tried calling today since we have damage from a fallen tree limb. Their website is down and they are not answering phone calls. Then I found this: http://www.georgiabankruptcyblog.com/archives/news-and-comments-american-landmark-group-files-chapter-11-petition-in-northern-district.html They have filed for bankruptcy and it sounds like they are out of business.

Excellent installation, but will not follow up on damage to lawn. Very disappointed. I wonder what will happen if there is an issue and I neeed their "guarantee"

I called for an estimate on a small dog fence and had a salesman out the next day. The salesman Chris Sloman did not care that it was a small fence he treated us like we were buying a million dollar fence. Very professional and curteous. The crew came and installed my fence perfectly and they were nice. Great from start to finish, Thanks guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BEST QUALITY IN TOWN

Excellent fence almost 1000 linear feet. 6ft wood privacy fence with 1 walk gate and 1 10 foot drive gate. Only problem was that they didn't nail in one picket and had to come back and fix it, which they did the day after I called. Prompt response when I called for a quote. Excellent install crew only took them 2 days to install and it looks great. Would call again!

American Landmark Fence Company came to do our fence, they destroyed our sprinkler system, as well as our parking lot electrical line. They refused to take responsability for their action. They use illegal immigrant workersfrom the street to do their job project. They use sub standard fence construction method to cut corners. They are a very unethical company. THEY RIPPED US OFF PERIOD. WE are taking them to court to settle this matter. TRUST ME I AM A veterinarian I would never recommend them to anyone PERIOD. BUYERS BE AWARE.

We've used them twice. Both times a pleasant experience. They're fast, affordable and professional. The jobs were done when promised and every bit of scrap was carried away.

We challenged them by asking for 8ft wooden fence around half property (with 1 walk gate, 1-8ft & 1-10ft double gate) and then 8ft chain link w/ tension wire on bottom for rest of property (in woods). Their price was reasonable and warranty great. They quoted 3 days for work and they stuck to it. Overall, the crew was extremely nice and hard-working. They built a completely beautiful fence to our exact specs that is evenly spaced and level at the top (even across a horrid ditch, uneven ground, and around trees/roots). The only reason ALF didn't get 5 stars is that I hate the standard gate latch hardware (they're very very very hard to open/close) and the office staff did not relay my (several) calls to have someone come and change one of the latches (which was missing a bolt). I absolutely LOVE my fence but do not look forward to all the staining this spring.

They were great to work with - Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a wooden privacy fence installed and Mike made recommendations based on our landscape. He even came out twice to meet with me to make sure I was comfortable with what they were going to do and called a week later to make sure we were satisfied. I was very pleased with the entire process.

This company gave me an estimate over 6 months prior to the work actually starting. They held to the original estimate price except for a modest increase in materials cost. They startedon time and completed installation sooner than projectedand all looks really good. after inspecting I can find no abberations.Highly recommend ALFC.

A simple chain link fence / double gate replacement of an existing chain link fence turned into a nightmare. At installation, cement was not used to anchor the fence posts. The chain link was higher and uneven than the top fence rails. The double gate was both damaged and installed incorrectly. The project manager was a no show on the job but was notified by me of the problems. It took 4 trips by 4 different crews to make the fence acceptable. Each crew (3 of the crews were non-English speaking) indicated they had been sent out to address only one of the items. Never again!

Bought a home about a year ago and the fence needed to be repaired. Unlike other companies I contacted, the folks at American Landmark Fence listened and understood what I wanted. They were prompt and efficent delivering a quality job. I would use them again if I need fence work.
