I ordered my glasses on the 9th. That day I had to call them to tell them they for my name wrong. They gad be fill out a patient history card and then put me in under a different name, address and telephone number. I had to keep calling them to see if my glasses were in and the lady I spoke to was rude. She said I'd have to wait a few more days after the MAX waiting time. I never got a call to say my glasses were in and just found out they are when I CALLED THEM on the 29th! Horrible company!
