I've been to Angel Nail many times because its close to home. I referred my neighbor and she didn't have a good experience. I never really had big issues until this particular day. When the nail tech begin to put the polish on, I noticed that the polish was streaking with first coat. I have seen that before with the natural polish when you initially put it on but as you continue it smooths out. As she put on the second coat, I noticed that it was still streaky. I told her and she look at me as if she didn't agree. I asked her if she could change it because I get the same color all the time and it never looks like this. She got up and got a similar color and she begin to speak to the staff in their language. The manager/owner got up and came over to me and told me in a rude and loud tone to make sure I know what color I want before I get my nails done. I explained to her I get the same color every time I come and I think something is wrong with the polish or the application was done incorrectly. She continued to yell and tell me that it is not fair for the nail tech to have to polish my nails again. I thought to myself, its not fair that I have to pay for a service that I am not happy with. She reiterated saying next time, know what color you want. She also told me I do this all the time. I've never done that. I told her it will not be a next time. She told me Good and I never want to see you in here again. I was caught off guard by her customer service.

I love this place! I've been going here for several years and the service is always great. They spend a lot of time pampering you, with really great hand/feet massages and even a short shoulder massage! They are personable and the price is right!

I'm not sure what it is but the pedicures I've gotten here have looked good even 3-4 weeks later! The service is great; they know many clients by name. It can be busy but if you come during the work day or early on weekends, you can beat the rush.
