Let me just start off by giving you a small background of what happened before we were introduced to this horrible lieing vet clinic. Our dog had a mass on her hind leg. Our vet did a aspiration (cost $150.00) of the tumor and it came back spindle cell tumor. We were referred to the Animal Cancer clinic to see their oncologist at the West Hills location. Their oncologist recommended we drop her off the next day with no food or water for 12 hrs before dropping her off (since they would have to sedate her to do this procedure) so they could take a core biopsy of the tumor so that they could determine exactly what kind of cancer we were dealing with and how aggressive it was. So we went ahead and did this and spent close to $3,000 for this to be done. When we picked her up her leg was wrapped and we were told she had stitches that would need to be removed a few days later. When it came day to have them removed they took our dog into the back and said they supposedly remove the stitches and they re wrapped her leg. When results came back they gave us NO OTHER INFORMATION of the type of cancer she had other than what we already knew. Spindle cell tumor. We asked for a copy of the full report and thats when we noticed they had done a needle biopsy(which is basically a aspiration, and something that they knew had already been done by our vet ) of the tumor and charged us almost 2,000 alone for the procedure. This was NOT what we were told by the oncologist that they would be doing
