I am not normally one to complain, but this vet made me so unhappy that I feel compelled. I went with my sister to have her dog put down. The dog, Fluffy, had been in good health, but had gotten very old. Over the last two days of Fluffy's life, she had lost her usual pluck and on her last day she started crying. My sister called to request an appointment and the office requested that she come in at the end of the day. Then when we brought Fluffy in, the office staff made the poor choice to say that we "should have brought her in sooner." We tried to and were told to come in the afternoon. When I confronted them about this, they lied and said that my sister was the one that requested the afternoon and that she refused and earlier appointment. This was a bold faced lie. I believe that a good vet needs to realize that people are with their beloved pets. Their curt words scarred my sister and her daughter. I WAS SHOCKED AND WILL NEVER GO NEAR THIS PRACTICE AGAIN.
