The vets & staff go above & beyond to care for pets. The facility is modern and clean and the staff is professional. My Yorkie was a new patient with an emergency and Dr. Quest stayed during her lunch break to wait for me to get there. We've been happy customers ever since. I highly recommend this clinic!

It is ridiculous to charge a 40.00 fee for the Vet to "see" if the cat should be put down. I explained to the person it is evident the cat is injured, plus they charge another 40.00++ to put the cat to sleep. Its obvious its not about the pain of the animal but the $$$ money ! Took the cat to the Humane Society, little further out, this Vet will never get my business.

As a former client of this vet I can give them good marks on several fronts. The facility is large and clean. The vet staff seem very knowledgeable and will make time to explain procedures. The only drawback, as another reviewer points out, is that they are pricey when compared with other vets. Reasons could be the upkeep of the larger staff and facility, or that it's in an affluent part of downtown Orlando.

The service is good, and the staff is loving to my dog. Both of the vets that I have met were willing to take the time to answer all my questions. Once I was running late to pick up my pet and a staff member was willing to wait a few minutes for me to arrive!
