I can picture some ways one medication could be spilled into another. The person who gave me the medications for my dog told me the odd pills mixed in with his regular ones were the same as the rest but from a different manufacturer. Information found online said they weren't the right pills at all!! I called to let them know there was a mixup and was told a note would be put in my file to replace the incorrect pills with the proper ones on my next visit. When I came in two months later, not only was there no note, there was no record of me even being there that day. When I pressed by showing credit card transaction information (time, date, etc), I was told it was run as a "cash sale" i.e. there wasn't any way to track it. The office manager says she knows nothing about it. So, pills get mixed up, no one is told, customers are told it's nothing to worry about and anyone who questions it gets their entire transaction deleted. Sound like a place you want to take YOUR pet?
