I went in on a Friday to get my PS4 serviced. Told him the problem and he told me he can fix it today and it will cost blah to fix. After the hole run around of trying to up sale me to get more fixed because other things need to get fixed, in which I decided. He finally tells me he can't fix it and that he would lose money if he did. After all that I had to wait 5 days because of the weekend to get my system back. And I'm not done because once I got my system back, it was worse then when I gave it to him to repair. The problem was the system would not read the disc. But it would at least attempt to read it and not the system won't even receive the disc at all. I think he put some old busted peace back in since I he told me my port wouldn't work anyway and that I wouldn't notice but what can I do? Is there was way to see if my port is still there as oppose to him putting a random one in. I actually confronted him about it but he just hung up in my face. He is definitely a crook. Be careful.

I was double charged for my computer repair. I told him what the problem was and if his estimate would have included two options... 1.)paying for a cleaning $75 AND complete keyboard replacement $175 or 2.) Paying to replace the keyboard that we already knew had something spilled on it for $175 I would have chosen the second option and avoided potentially wasting $75. However, his decision to clean first seems to have been monetarily motivated because at the end of the day he is the only one who benefitted from the failed attempt at cleaning. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service because I do not like shady business practices. Just tell me it's a $250 repair from the beginning and I would have appreciated that way more. Then I would have been fully informed and could have chosen Simply Mac as a better repair shop near me since their quote was $250 for the same repair with a nicer, well lit shop and quicker turn around time and none of the smoke and mirrors. After 92 days same problem occurred and I was yelled at and hung up on and told that I was wasting his time when I informed him that I would bring it after I returned to the country in a month and a half. Also he does not do certified repairs so I can't even take it to a certified repair shop now that he has touched it. Beware!

I recently had a common overheating problem with my PS3 which I thought might not be fixable and saving my data was no guarantee. This is what Sony told me and saving my data was really important. So then I found Apex. Not only was he able to repair my console while preserving the data but the price was great(a good bit cheaper than Sony). He also made a modification to the fan so that the problem would not reoccur(the fan will now run constantly to keep the processor cool). When I got the console home I discovered the fan to be much louder than anticipated, so I called back and was told to come up and they could turn it down. He turned the fan speed down for me without charging anything extra. I can't believe some of the reviews(here and on their site) that claim he was angry or belligerent as he was very friendly and helpful every time we spoke. My repaired PS3 even has a 90 day warranty from them for their work. I will definitely do business with them again.

They fixed my xbox 360 about 3 years ago and still running great. Now they fixed my son's PS3 and work perfectly. Very fast service and excellent customer service. Very friendly and reasonable price.

I took my xbox to have it repaired. They fixed the problem, but a few days after I started having problems with the dvd drive. When I brought it to them to have a look at it, the manager got angry and started yelling. I calmly told him there was no need to get angry and I wasn't trying to offend him. He told me to get out and never show my face in there again. Obviously didn't fix the problem he caused. Got my money, and that's all he cared about.

Customer brought in his xbox with the Red Ring Of Death problem, which is the GPU on the logic board caused the problem. We repaired the RROD problem and replaced couple of leak capacitors on the board. About a month later, customer came back and claming that his dvd drive is not open like it use to be. Customer said some time you have to press twice to open the tray. I told him there is nothing wrong with your dvd drive. We put the game in and the game played no problem. The tray open no problem. The customer want me to replace a new dvd drive. I told the customer first of all, we were not fixing your dvd drive the first place. We were repairing your RROD which is the GPU on the logic board. We did't even touch your dvd drive when we did the repair and there is nothing wrong with the drive. He got angry and said I drop his xbox that why the dvd drive some time need to press twice to open.
