We signed our daughters up for the class and in the beginning of the year, they were hoping to get more kids to sign up and about 3 months into the class, they tried to cancel the class. When we asked for our money back, they said they were canceling due to the poor economy and couldn't reimburse our money. After many frustrating conversations, they decided to continue the class but just 2 months prior to the "big performance," they cancelled almost 6 weeks of class because financially they couldn't continue paying the instructor to come & teach for 1 class. We finally just cut the cord with them as there were too many broken promises made by them. They should've cancelled in the beginning of the year if they needed a certain minimum to help pay for that class and didn't meet the requirement. Be careful what you sign up for at Applause! One positive is that the instructor was very good with the children. Very energetic.

We were invited to a party at this facility and it was too small! The staff are really dedicated and try to get the kids to perform during the party but the room was too small and too many items were in the way. I wouldn't suggest this place for birthday's even though they have a special set up for the parties. I hear the actual theatre program is phenomenal but the parties are not so fabulous.
