My wife and & went into the North Point Mall Apple store on a Friday night to have a myriad of issues addressed with regard to her iTunes, her iPad and iPhone. Nothing seemed to be working right for her. Although our visit started with a 35 minute wait to talk to a "genius", it ended with her problems being resolved and we both got some training. I had a problem with my iPhone's SIM card that I didn't realize was even a problem and they really went above and beyond when they fixed that issue in a totally unexpected way. Michael the manager and Badisha (I'm sure I messed her name up) were awesome and demonstrated the kind of customer service that I thought was a thing of the past. Kudos to Michael and his approach to making every customer happy. I'm sold!

If you never tried a Mac you should ! They have the most sophisticated products out there. The price is high but usually you get what you pay for. I got the new Ipad and it is amazing ! try it.

Tina, the store manager, was very helpful. She was quick to resolve my problem. Even during the mad rush for the new iphones, she was able to address my problem during this time.
