The owner, Jim, was over 2 HOURS LATE, for starters. He stayed less the 10 minutes. He told me to look for the washing machines' manual, while he tried to figured out what was wrong with the machine. He did not know what was wrong but said his service charge of $69.95, which he insisted I paid before he left (I did). I am writing BBB after this. Also, he told me he believed my wash machine was made a year ago, but needed to use, "a special code to find out if it was made in Jan or Feb of 2011"-there was a big difference, apparently, between those months. I asked him "what was the special code he was referring to and if he could give it to me, if it would help me." He yelled back, "I DON"T GIVE AWAY MY RECIPES." He wrote on my receipt that he leveled my wash machine (he unscrewed the front two rubber feet, a few turns around). Then, he wrote that the wash machine had a bad computer in it. He did not use any instruments to check "THE BAD COMPUTER IN THE WASH MACHINE". And because the machine was computerized, the entire control panel had to be replaced-not fixed, because it was digital. I told him that there were no digital numbers on the wash machine, just knobs. This guy is out to cheat you, especially if you are a woman.
