They charged me $50 to order a part that wasn't the right part for my washer and refuse to refund! They have been to my house 3 times and still couldnt fix my washer and now they will not refund. I am taking them to court. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!

I had these people 4 times for repairs to my old Sub Zero fridge -- stupid me! Each time they convinced me it was something different, worth fixing, to the tune of over $2,000 in total. Every time they came promptly, had the part in their van, and overcharged. Now the freezer is not working and I will find someone else.

I called Appliance Service Pro to fix my refrigerator. I was shocked when they said that they could come the same afternoon! Thinking that most servicemen are never on time, I was running a little late getting home. He was on time and ready when I arrived. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it right there because he had the parts in his truck. Great service and I will call them again!

I needed a compressor relay for the refrigerator. He quoted $295, I agreed to the repair, but thought I was getting ripped off. Did some checking and found out that repair should cost about $150 and the part he used on my newer model refrigerator, a 3 in 1 switch, which costs about $8 is a fix which will ultimately overload and blow the compressor causing costly future damage. Needless to say I spent money on a reputable company to come out and make the right repair with factory parts. Also, while at the house this repairman looked at a problem with my microwave door. Since I thought quote on refrigerator was a rip off, I did not have him make the repair. Had the new guy that came and fixed the refrigerator correctly look at it and learned that I just needed to replace a plastic film that goes on the inside of the microwave door to cover the metal. The film costs $25 and the guy from Appliance Service Pro quoted me $175... they way overcharge and will cause damage to your goods. DO NOT USE BEWARE!!!!

Well, five days after the indoor refrigerator was repaired, it stopped working again. The company was called and they told us they would send Stanley out again but for us to call him first. Stanley said that the only thing he could do was to replace the compressor, of course for more money than the $529 already spent on this refrigerator. Several attempts were made to get a refund on the work already done by talking to the "manager." Unfortunately no refund was received and we have had to purchase a new refrigerator. Please beware in dealing with these folks. The "manager" actually called me a liar, used profanity and said that 95% of the reviews on Kudzu were written by their competitors to keep consumers from calling them. There may be some truth to that, but it certainly was not the original intent of Kudzu. I have used Kudzu many times and had good success until NOW!

I called earlier in the morning and was told a technician would be here between 3 & 5. Which he did. However, the men didn't even introduced himself, very rude. I could tell he was upset before coming in. He did have a very strong accent, but I dealt with it. No big deal. I thought the price was right, I had call Sears earlier and they wanted $129 for the service call or wanted me to purchase insurance for $250.00 and I still had to wait a week for service. It cost me $140 to have this guy in the same day. Fixed the problem in about an hour and left. Cooled down a bit after he was here, but was not very personable. So far the dishwasher works,as long as I can get two more years out of it. I'll be happy with the price. Can improve on customer service.

I called the service desk and set an appointment. The repair man, Chad, was early. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the ignitor immediately. Then, he showed me how the ignitor was lightingthe gas in the broiler properly. He charged me a reasonable fee. I would call this company again.

These jokers are one of several russian companies in the yellow pages operating under different names. They are have the same answering person. I called, appointment set-up, no call no show. I called and was told the technician had the wrong number. I said that was YOUR problem. I called you. I would never use this company again.

Stupid me. I had a fridge issue called around with out doing my home work and ended up with these jokers. Gary (according to the invoice) comes to my house, can hardly speak English, does not bother to greet me and with a cigarette in his hand comes towards my house then puts it off. He was very rude and obnoxious. I pointed out the problem after he spent five minutes plus with no clue as to what the problem was. I told him I wanted an estimate then to see him cutting an electrical part off. He then changes it and says cash or check. I say why. He then says $150 cash. I go to get me check book to see an invoice for $171.20 with a denial of the $150 I asked for a brake down as to how he got to this total and it was not done. I was glad to see him leave and will never use again. DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS.

I submitted an online request for a service call at 10:30pm on a Sunday and received a confirmation call within minutes of hitting enter. The serviceman arrived within the appointment timeframe. He was courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer, which wouldn't even turn on. He fixed the problem and I paid what I felt was a reasonable charge. We've been doing laundry for 3 days since the repair and so far have had no issues. Our experience doesn't seem to be the norm, however, I have no complaints about the service, the charges or the professionalism of this company.

Terrible service, terrible attitude. Charged nearly $200 to repair a dryer and did not fix the problem AT ALL. Then refused to return to figure out what was really wrong. We will never use them again.

I called an area phonebook ad for USA Refrigeration & Appliance about 4pm. The guy who answered was not very personable, but promised someone would call me back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, a lady called back from "Appliance Service", asking for information on problem & my address. She promised a technician would be here between 5pm & 8pm. Technician Nick, from Appliance Service Pro, Inc., showed up at 6:30pm. He was very professional and efficiently replaced the belt on our dryer AND verified it was working and heating as it should and he was done by 7pm. He pleasantly answered our questions, & I think the price was reasonable. We're happy with them as we received quick, efficient and thorough care. We will use again.

We were told a part would be ordered in 24 hours. Almost one and a half weeks later, we still do not have our stove repaired. They quoted $500 for repair when it only cost $285. Communication was a big concern with the language barrier. I had a difficult time even getting a return call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Very unprofessional, the serviceman they sent could barely speak English. I was very uncomfortable with him in my home. I really don't think he had any idea of how to fix my fridge, but said the parts were not available in the US by any means. Needless to say, we called the manufacturer and the parts will arrive next week, no problem. Agani, do not waste your time or money, they were terrible and I couldn't get him out of my house fast enough.
