If there was an option for zero stars, that's what this company would receive. After contacting them for a repair for my freezer thru Frigidaire's warranty, I got this company.It has been an absolute waste of my time and energy. They arrived after their scheduled time on the first visit. Heard nothing for 4 weeks. I placed a call, was told they were unsure of my order, and would call me back-no word. One week later I called back and complained, again - more excuses. The woman said she'd call me - that didn't happen. Two weeks later, I get a male on the phone. He assured me my part was coming that day, and he'd call in the morning. Here we are 3 weeks later and no word. So we're 10 weeks out, no repair, and they NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. Not once have they called me. I've placed so many calls I forgot count, and you can't leave messages. Absolutely horrible customer service, worthless employees, empty promises, and not worth a penny of my time. I would tell everyone to steer clear of this group. Just google for other review sites - you'll see similar findings.
