Both Chris and Rob have been pleasant and the team was generally good. Last year I had a few issues with my pool turning on me. Once may very well have been my son turning off the pool pump so I don't blame them for all cases, but it seemed like more than usual. I have a saltwater pool and I took over pool service this year and to my surprise I must have started last year with a low CYA(Cyanuric Acid - Chlorine stabilizer) level. I've run calculations in any way you could imagine for dilution over the winter and there's no way I had more than a level of 30ppm, possibly being as low as 20ppm depending on how much dilution you account for. The level should ideally be 60ppm-80ppm and I consider that they probably forgot to add it. Again not angry here, mistakes happen. I wasn't asking for a refund, but showed the guys my readings, and Chris forwarded it on to Rob. Meat of Rob's response: "He's trying to use some reverse logic to blame us for his problems last year even though his stabilizer level was checked on several occasions. He can kiss my butt. And you can quote me on that sir." I responded with more details, their log of readings that don't show any readings of CYA, the bills which don't include CYA, and calculations and noted that it wasn't personal. Rob: "You can still kiss my butt." So I guess I was generally happy until last year with the couple of issues say 4 star. This takes them down to 1. Wanted to warn others.

Our old pump was still running but not pushing water. In contrast to another company that just wanted to sell us a pump, Rob went through a proper trouble-shooting procedure to determine if the existing pump was still OK. He also found through this process that our filter internal parts were deteriorating and needed to be replaced. In contrast, the other company said we needed an entire new filter. In summary, the cost of the trouble-shooting, the new pump, the new filter internal parts, and the installation of all was about 20% less than the estimate of the other company to replace only the pump. I highly recommend Chris and Rob.

The guys at Aquabella have done a terrific job keeping our aging 2-person hot tub clean and serviced for the past several years. We particularly appreciate the care they take as they move in and out of the garden, keeping the gates closed and the dog safely inside. The few times something has gone wrong with the tub we simply needed to make a call and they were out there within a day or so to take care of things.
