I had them come out after recommendations that they were a Jandy repair center. All of my equipment was covered under warranty, tech didn't even try to check warranty instead tried to bill us for $2000 in repairs. Called two other service agencies and 5 days our equipment was repaired and all covered under warranty. When questioned about this, Aquarius ignored any of my statements saying they were not founded. Be careful.

These are the kind of folks that will save you money. They do only the work that is needed and they don't fix what is not broken as some attempt to do. They will walk you through a problem and if the problem can be resolved with out a service call they are still glad to do so. That is customer service above and beyond the call of duty. I will not use any other company for my pool service needs.

I haven't had many issues with my pool, but when I have, these guys have been right there. They have fixed what was wrong quickly and didn't overcharge me. They went over and beyond what I asked of them each time and made sure I was completely satisfied. It is great to find a company you can trust to treat you right and charge you fairly. They are #1 in my book.
