I made an appointment after seeing their listing on the Cigna website. I had a 2pm appt w/Norma Gordon, PC-C and by 2:20 I was at the checkout counter paying. She did not ask me one question or explain anything to me. My visit was for cysts/abscess (I was not sure what they are, I'm still not sure what they are). The first words out of her mouth immediately after her name was "you're going to need surgery". There was a complete lack of sympathy or compassion and I wasn't given an opportunity to ask questions or advise of additional skin issues I was having. It was a rushed appt, in and out. I will never go back and now have to make an appt for another dermatologist as I still have no idea what's going on.

I went here years ago and found the staff rushed and rude. They were recommended for my teen by his doctor. So I tried again with a different doctor. No difference. Very disrespectful of my time, cut me off in mid-sentence multiple times and did not listen to the complete list of symptoms from my kid. They threw handfuls of samples at me without basic prescribing info.

I had very extensive psoriasis when I started going here. The staff was very helpful, knowledgable and kind about my condition. They helped with a new medication called enbrel and I've been clear for 6 mos. Their schedule seemed very full, be prepared to be flexible. Good doctors are busy doctors.

This facility has a lot to offer--the staff is friendly, and you can find cures for a number of skin conditions. The doctors are attentive to your needs and make accurate prescriptions--even if you don't like going to the doctor's office, you won't mind this place at all.
