I asked for a simple diagnostics for check engine and simple fix for tightening for the fuel tank. I ended up with leaking fuel tank that showed a great danger. When I called them, they said to come to them with a leaking fuel tank. Service guy slams the door never says a thing the customer service guy gets mad at you for having problem. They did not get the money they asked and now the revenge is taken. They are happy I am not. No refunds no excuses ...........Stay away... They are looking for mechanic shop victims since the car sales are down

This is hands down the absolute worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. The service department had my car in their possession for 5 days before I was finally informed they could not figure out what was wrong with it and had obviously made no repairs. This was after I left several messages with not a single call returned. After continuously calling back, I was able to get a service tech on the phone who admitted he received my voicemails but was just really busy. Unbelievable!!! Not to mention when I dropped it off, I sat in the service department for 20 minutes before one of the 3 techs in the room actually greeted me. I literally watched one sitting 4 feet in front of me finish his sandwich before he acknowledged me. I will never bring my business to this dealership for any reason again.

My daughter and I went by there to look at a Jeep Patriot and were both interested in a new car...we no sooner walked on to the lot then we were swamped with "sales" people...We did not have much time and told them we were in a hurry but would come back but they kept up the "chatter" and even wanted us to take a test drive even though we told them we had no time...We stated we were interested but could not stay...one sales person took down my personal e-mail and promised to send me information and quotes on vehicles we were interested in---that was several weeks ago but no info to date! They must not need the sales! I felt very uncomfortable at this place..

Nothing good to say about this place. The salespeople are pushy, rude and deceitful. They make promises to get you to buy from them and do not follow through. I ended up buying my car from them despite the horrible experience I had. (After days of negotiation to get them to agree to the price they quoted me when I first looked at the car. And I came back with an appointment the day after looking at it). The service department does not invoke confidence. I would not call them knowledgeable or honest. I've brought my car in three times for the same problem under warranty which they have told me they have fixed each time. I could probably go on for paragraphs with problems I've had with them and I've only owned my car for a year. Please just save youself the headache and avoid this place.

I went to Atlanta Dodge a couple of months ago to purchase a my new car. I met this wonderful sales lady name Claudia Cyrus. She made me feel so confortable I had to send my best friend to her for a caliber. This person made sure we got the best interest rate and I know my friend and I got the best deal. I was talking with another car place and they told me that they don't how Atlanta Dodge could make that kind of deal. So I called Claudia and she said because they are a new dealership with a new owner they make deals other dealerships will turn away. I AM TELLING EVERYONE TO SEE CLAUDIA CYRUS OR CALL HER AT 770-216-9300 IF YOU WANT A GREAT DEAL!!! she is the best call her

This place is a joke. First time there we were "not allowed to walk the lot unattended". We promptly left. I figured I would give them a try again, and the salesman was beyond pushy. He met me at the back of the car and preceded to engage me and I hadn't even gotten my toddler out of the backseat. 8 months pregnant with a 4 year old in tow and he tried getting me to walk all around the lot. Would not quote prices at all and wanted all my personal information just to sit down. I denied that request, but then later just as he was going to get a car said he needed to know who's name would the car be in because it's all based on credit scores (another attempt to find out my worth). Then in order to bring a car up for me to look at, because he said I could not look at the one in the showroom, he needed my DL. I threw it across the table at him. He pulled the car up and when I walk outside he goes into his whole speel about the engine. I am a woman, and my list of needs were, it has to fit 2 kids, a stroller, a tall husband with decent gas mileage and cheaper payment. I promptly cut him off and told him the engine didn't matter and repeated for the 20th time my needs. As we went around the car, he just flat out was stupid, so I cut him off and told him what I thought of him and went to my car. As I strapped my son in the car and turned around, there he stood with his manager. The manager tried to make up for all that happened, but it's too late. The dealership is a joke!

I went to go look at a car advertised for $18K. I forgot to bring the ad. In the future, ALWAYS bring the ad! Anyway, after looking at the car and testdriving it, we went in to negotiate a price. They started out at $25K. Crazy!! There is no way that car was worth $25K!! A new car lists at $27K and this was a 2003 model. Needless to say, we were at the world's end on pricing, so no deal. The next day I looked in the paper for cars. They had the same car advertised for two different prices in two different places for about $19K in THE SAME PAPER!! I called and asked for an explanation for the 3 different prices and why my offer was so high. Their sales manager said that they have to try and make the most off of their vehicles. That's it. No sorry or anything. Then they wanted me to come back if I was still interested. In what? Getting ripped off? So I guess they really don't care about their customers, unless you're willing to get ripped off.

They gave me the impression that I might not be good enough to buy one of their cars. The salesman's first question was not "what kind of car are you interested in", it was "how good is your credit". The sales manager wouldn't let me test drive a car unless I signed a "intention to purchase" document. I won't be going back to this dealer.

In all my dealings around the car industry for many years, this dealr is unique. They have an enourmous inventory of Dodge parts. Probably the largest in Atlanta. Many dealer and repairshop buy from them. When there is a hard to get part and you own a Dodge, they will most likely have the part if anyone does in Atlanta. However, after picking up parts there for many years, I have not managed to be a customer here. The sales people are a stereotypical experience out of a movie and can't listen and always show you more expensive stuff than you are looking for. Sales people that don't listen and think before they ask more QUESTIONS rathe than telling you what you want and that ideally under pressure are done with me instantly. May that stuff works in the industry. I don't know. Overall: Good parts inventory, mediocre service and sub-par sales people.
