Mitzi agreed to help me with landscape design on new home I am building. We made first appt, she cancelled at last minute, being patient made 2nd appt, she cancelled at last minute, said both time children health issues... understandable... 3rd appt she was complete no show and did not communicate with me at all. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

The client was informed later in the day, along with all other affected clients, that due to serious family medical issues, I would be taking a two month leave of absence. All clients who prepaid through Kudzu Great Deals to recieve the service at a 61% discount, have been offered a full refund or alternately the choice of delaying design service until I return to work in January. Because of the huge discount, most clients are delaying until January, but those who want a refund are having the cost refunded to the card used to purchase from Kudzu Great Deals. The client in this review could not be refunded, as he was not a pre-paid customer. Although the Kudzu promotion sold out in two days, I agreed later to offer this client the same discount when he asked if I would. Regrettably, all I could offer him upon taking leave was an apology and an offer to extend the same discount to him if he wanted to purchase a design in January. The client is absolutely right that it is unnacceptable that he did not recieve notice before the missed appointment, and being distracted by the immediate circumstances is no excuse for that mistake. I sincerely apologize again to this client and to all clients affected by my leave of absence. It is unfortunate that these personal circumstances coincided with the exciting Kudzu promotion, and it is very dissappointing to me as well as the clients that I am unable to meet the design needs of the remaining customers at present.
