They showed up 30 minutes late, wanted twice what was quoted on the phone. The guy they sent was a handiman with a gloried HomeDepot rental carpet cleaner. I was told they had truck mounted steam cleaning equipment. We settled on $100 instead of the $89 quoted on the phone. He wanted cash and ended up charging me $107. I should have turned him away when I saw his equipment but I needed to get it done so a tenant could move in. Carpet looked better when he was done but once the carpet dried most of the spots came back. Stick with the companies with truck mounted equipment. Don't waste your money.

They quoted a $45 special. When the technician arrived and finished he gave us a bill for $227. He claimed he had to use special chemicals to get out all the stains, but the stains are still there. I called the company, no help, the operator wanted me to talk to the technician. These guys are complete crooks.

This company is a sham. I was quoted one price, after the employee took everything apart he told me it would be double. He did not even have a ladder to reach the outside dryer vent. I had to get him a ladder. He left a complete mess all over the place, and did not even put the dryer back or hook it up.

The dryer duct cleaning was three times the agreed upon price. The dryer made very loud noises afterwards. Phones calls were not returned. After three calls, a followup appt was set. The driver no showed and claimed he was never given a number. I called back and was told that my call was bullshi*t

Short story---goto Better Business http://atlanta.bbb.org and do a search on this "F" rated company!! Long story---keep reading... Had them come out to clean 1 area. They tried to sell larger package. Then when the guy cleaned, he did not apply pressure to suck up the dirt. He just skimmed over the carpet so as to leave dirt (guess if I'd upgraded that would hace caused him to apply more pressure!) Before he left he assured me that the white lines would dry up..well they didn't. Call them, let them know he out-right missed an area. The guy that answered argued it was a satuation line without me explaining the problem or sending him pictures. So I sent him a pic of the area. Now he is not answering phone. So much for 30-day, 100% Clean Guarantee posted on their web-site! ****DO NOT USE THEM ***** And I will be posting on other review web-sites!

While the initial visit was fine, this company did not follow through on their work "guarantee." When I called for follow up service, the man I spoke with was argumentative, and he did not call or show up at the scheduled time he was supposed to come back. He obviously was not interested in customer satisfaction at all.
