Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and fun loving. Our instructor was the perfect balance of business and funny! You could really tell he knew what he was doing, but he managed to keep it light and comical. We didn't have to wait long at all. I see in a few other reviews that some people complained about the wait, but this company is up front about the potential wait. When you schedule, they tell you the wait might be long due to weather and other unforseen events. But they do their best to make it a pleasant wait by offering free WIFI and satellite. And if it's a weather delay, I'd certainly appreciate their concern for safety versus my being impatient. Regardless, we were there for only about an hour and a half from start to finish. Taking off work, spending the gas money, etc. is a risk no matter where you go to skydive. That's not bad business on behalf of this company, that's just the way this sport is. From what I could see, there were absolutely no cons. We had a blast!!!! Even my family (who didn't jump) had a great time thanks to their fabulous staff and atmosphere! For us, it was a WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL experience!! I can't wait to go back!!!

Ran into same experience as the "wolfdog",given rainchecks, go back and still not able to jump. Wasted my time, gas and family members time and their gas to stand around for 6 to 8 hours. We still haven't jumped. I am not retired, so I don't have this kind of time to just hang out. Will not recommend this place at all.

After visiting Atlanta Skydiving Center 3 times I finally got to jump. The first time we paid, signed the waivers and then the weather got bad. 2nd time we waited and waited and never got to jump. 3rd time I said I wasn't leaving until I got to jump as I had already paid for this service a couple of months ago. They really need to work on how things "work". Customers keep businesses going.

First off, the instructors at this place are great. They do a really good job of walking the fine line between joking with you and stroking your fears but keep it real with good safety lessons, etc. I've jumped a few times and this is a good experience and quality place... BUT... I made reservations for a group on Tuesday to jump on Saturday at 10am and evidently they have a rule that if you have a raincheck, you can show up without calling and just BUMP everyone else back. On this particular day, 35 rainchecks showed up. We were told they were be a delay but not how long. We ended up jumping at 6:15pm. For those of you counting that is a 8 hour wait. 8 hours of standing around watching other people jump. No weather delay, just bad business ettiquite. The only reason we got to jump that day was due to other reserve rations being so fed up with waiting they left. I understand the raincheck deal but they should have a limit on how many can show up and you SHOULD HAVE TO CALL! We'd see people show up, step in a harness and head to the plane all in 25mins, after we'd been waiting 5 hours. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We had a wonderful time with these guys. I expected much and they delivered at every turn. Not only was this exciting but they are a bunch of comedians and make the experience one that you will never forget. I highly recommend this company!
