The equipment is good at this gym. But that is all. The gym is filthy. I don't feel safe working out there. The locker rooms are disgusting. The smell is so bad that you almost can't work out on the aerobic equipment because of the locker room fumes. People are using locks to permanently secure dirty clothes and shoes in the lockers and management isn't doing anything about it. Avoid this club.

This gym is fairly new and big, with great machines, basketball courts, and a pool. But lax management has tolerated some bad practices, and the gym has been taken over by "big" steroid types, who throw weights down and slam the machines. The trainers are from this same culture. A lot of office workers in the area have been discouraged by this environment, so this branch doesn't have the same class as nearby affiliates of the same chain, even though it has better equipment.

Alittle packed and overwhelming for my taste, but they have everything there. Nice to have the pool area. The b-ball courts are always packed, hard to get in :(

I have a friend who works out with me on the cardio machines and helps with the machines and such, and we were harassed on a number of occasions because he was not supposed to "coach or train" me. They are very pushy about you hiring their personal trainers, which I have used in the past and found to be unreliable and not very knowledgeable. After several times of being "warned", I asked the manager what it mean to "coach or train" someone and was given a number of different answers. Then I was told that if I didn't like the rules, that I could leave the club. I promptly quit.
