I called Atlantis Plumbing on a Friday morning and they were able to schedule me an appointment for that same afternoon! They arrived on time and were friendly. They did great work and best of all, they cleaned up after themselves!! Efficient plumbers who do high quality work at a very reasonable price!

Needed a plumber to take out an old kitchen faucet, not a fun job, and assemble and install the new one. I was called by the secretary who notified me he was on his way. He was promplt, courteous, very tidy, very informative, friendly and did a very good job. I was totally pleased and would recommend Atlantis Plumbing to anyone.

We heat with geothermal and have really hard water so occasionally our sump drain gets clogged with sludge. Atlantis plumbing came out in bad weather, got to our house when they said they would, and got the job done quickly and without making a mess in my finished basement. Thanks for a professional job.

Very fast and friendly service. The service tech (Mark) was very good. My 2 year old son wanted to help and was kind of in his way, but mark was very patient and even told him "thanks for the help."

Courteous, professional, thorough. Did not try to sell me any extras. They came at the agreed time and did the job for the quoted price. I used them for clearing a sewer main. I will use them again.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Atlantis Plumbing, I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed a plumber to fix it quickly, Atlantis Plumbing did just that. I am always a little hesitant about bringing someone into my home due to the fact that I have young children. I felt so comfortable with the plumber that was sent to fix my sink. He was professional and did a great job. I will definitely use them again!

I had just moved into a condo & wouldn't cha know...the water heater shorted out!! Since my lanlord lives in another state & I was new to the area..you guessed it! Googled "plummers"...Atlantis got such a rave review from others that I decided to use them. I called...Wayne answered the call & was at the condo within an hour+ !! And I need to add all this went down at 4pm on [of cou...rse] a Friday. He fixed the problem lickedy-split & was reasonable in his pricing. He was very knowledgeable & I could tell he had plenty of experience. He even suggested some things to make sure my problem doesn't happen again. He also (after I paid him) asked if there was anything else I needed for him to look at. SO NICE!! I will use him as "my" plummer from now on...in times when we get auto attendants instead of people...it was great to support a quality business!! If you have plumming needs...GO WITH ATLANTIS...you will not be disappointed.

After using two other services that didn't succeed in unclog my kitchen drain, Wayne from Atlantis guaranteed to unclog my drain or he wouldn't charge me. That was really reassuring. Wayne and his trainee went to work diagnosing the problem, brought the equipment in and solved the problem. My double kitchen want from having sludge in both drains to running clean and clear. They also guaranteed their work for six months. They also made some recommendations on keeping my sink clear and trouble-free. I know it has only been a day or two since they were here, but two other companies led me to believe that the problem was solved only to result in continued back ups and slow drains.I could have saved a lot of money if I had called them first. I know that if my other drains ever clog I will definitely only call them..they will stay with it until it is right. It is good feeling to have my kitchen back.\r

I was very pleased with the service in which Atlantis Plumbing performed at my house. I had an on going problem which started as a leak and ended up being much more but after checking prices with several companies, Atlantis Plumbing was the best quote to come out and assess the problem. The guy that came out was very friendly and he took care of the problem. This was all completed in one day. I was surprised and very pleased with the work performed and the price was right! Great Job, I will be pleased to refer them to my friends & family.

I called Atlantis out to resolve a sewer line clog a few weeks ago. He arrived with a water jet and told me he cleared the clog the best he could, no guarantees. What he didn't tell me was that water jets won't remove ANY roots in the sewer line and that only the machanical snake with the blades will. He gave me an estimate of $3700-$4400 to dig up the line and repair it, and I gave him $300 for "clearing" the clog. 4 days later we were seriously backed up again. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they gave me an estimate LESS THAN HALF of what Atlantis quoted. Ridgeway was out the next afternoon and completed the job in about 3 hours. Don't get duped folks - be sure to call around.

Dear customer, The price we quoted was to unstop your line and do a camera inspection of the piping. The price was given prior to starting the job. We used a high velocity water jetter to unstop the line. Unfortunately, my competitor does not own a high velocity water jetter and does not offer that service in house. So I can only assume he told you that using a cabling machine with blades was the only way to unstop lines. The use of the water jetter with the warthog root cutting nozzle is the absolute best way to clear roots from a line. If you don't believe me, look at the following links for jetting nozzles http://www.mypipelines.com/cleaning_jetting_nozzles.htm or you can go on you tube to see the power of a jetter using the warthog root cutting nozzle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrGG8Tn8jY0 . By far jetters have more power for cleaning sewer pipe lines, not many plumbers will claim they can clear a root filled sewer line better with an old fashion cutter blade. Cutter blades Municipalities switched from cables with cutters, to jetters over 20 years ago. Very few municipal cable machines exist today. Based on your review you took our advice and had your sewer repair completed. We showed you on the camera that your sewer was broken off and roots were entering the pipe, after jetting the line multiple times. How can we guarantee a broken pipe will not re-clog? We tried contacting the same day after we left your house and discuss other options of smaller spot repairs that would meet your budget, but no one picked up the phone. Obviously you took some repair option from my competitor, the sewer had no option but to be repaired partially, repaired completely or replaced. Once again today on 7-25, I tried to contact you to ask you if we missed something. No answer on your phone. If you are accusing me of taking advantage of a dupe. Please and tell me your side of the story, tell me where we went wrong I will refund your service call. Giving poor quality score for service that was given on time, at the quoted price, time cutting and flushing shredded roots and mud down the drain, time spent camera inspecting the line and then locating and diagnosing your problem. Don't kill the messenger! Mike Whitman, Atlantis Plumbing, 770-505-8570
We had leaking water bubbling from a broken water main line in the yard. The first contractor I called charged us a nonrefundable $129, just to look at the house and tell us we needed a new water line. From a friend at work, I received a reference for Atlantis Plumbing.Tom with Atlantis came out and gave us a quote of $400 less than the other plumbing company and made me feel comfortable with proceeding with the repair work. He got the utilities located, hand dug under my sidewalk and stayed away from my mature landscaping. They even set us up a temporary line until the job was complete. It was done on time and on budget. Tom is great at explaining what is needed and addressed our questions we had completely. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to give a referral to Atlantis Plumbing.
