I work at a local apartment complex, and we done a full remodel, including appliances. We had 3 Whirlpool refrigerators break down, and it still being under warranty, Whirlpool sent him out. We kept hearing "I need to order a part," and that is all we heard for over 4 weeks!!!! We called Whirlpool daily, and so did our residents with non working units. Finally they sent out a new refrigerator and said they would file a complaint with Atyer Service to be removed from their repair list. I hope they actually do! Our management company no longer wants to do business with Whirlpool because of it! PS: We still have the remaining 2 down and not working...

Guy came to my house to assess damage to my whirlpool appliance.(under warranty).He told me he would get back with me after he received the part within 2-3 weeks. This was early April 2015- it is now middle of July. I have left numerous messages but have still not heard back from him. I have no idea how he is still on the Whirlpool approved vendor list.

If your looking for a reliable company ..don't call these people. We had a service appt.. Called to see if they were coming.. No answer... Left vmail . They show up late. No one was home.. Never called ahead like they said they were going to do.... Then the tech calls back with the rudest and unprofessional attitude ever! Beware of these people! Call someone else

I had an unfortunate experience of working with this service company through Whirlpool since they were the only authorized technician in my area. The service technician came in and told me the part is not locally available and it would take 10-12 days for him to get it. Fine. I was willing to wait those days. I called him 10 days later, it goes to his voicemail. For the next 4 weeks, I left him several voicemails and emails. Finally I call Whirlpool and they open a complaint against him with the district manager and what do you know I get a call back next day itself. He tells me he left me a message on my phone two weeks back which is a complete lie. I would know if I had a message from a person I have been trying to reach for 4 weeks. During that 4 weeks I call other service technicians in my area and they told me the part has been available locally all along. Now I suspect he lied to me initially since I had a warranty and would not end up paying anything. I suspect he wanted to keep the part for some other paying customers. Such an unprofessional business.

The part in question may have been locally available however I can only order through the parts distributor that I am set up with for warranty jobs because thats how they reimburse me for the parts. The guys I am set up with didnt have it in stock. The time frame on the part order that I had actually quoted her was 12-14 business days. The message 10 days into the process which I didnt return immediately because when I called the parts guys they said it would be in within a couple of days which it was. I call the customer and left a message that I had the part at that time. I didnt think i received a return call so I called again the next day when I didnt get a call back in a week i returned the part because on special order parts I dont get my money returned to me if I wait any longer than that. Yes I called her back when the district manager called me about it and realized that yes she had been calling me back but I was unable to understand the name or number being left due to an accent. I picked up the part that my parts guys had not returned yet and went out and installed the part. As far as only getting a voice mail I am a 1 man company. I am in and out of houses all day and also have poor cell reception in most of my service area which I mention on my out going message. However I check and return voice mails several times a day and at the end of the day when I have a signal. I do apologize for the delay and for not being able to understand your voice mails.
Called to have repairs done to fridge. Showed up and had part for immediate repair, however, that was only part of the problem....advised that compressor was out as well and would be very expensive to fix. Only charged for service call since he did not repair at my request. Gave lots of great advise and was very friendly. I would definitely use again.

While cleaning for my husband's return home from Iraq, I broke my washer. Royce not only answered my call after hours, but was able to get it fixed before my husband got home and at no charge. I can't tell you how nice it is to do business with a company who cares about more that just the bottom line. Thanks!!!

I had just gotten off phone with another local repair service after they no showed to fix my dryer. I was very aggravated that they were not going to make it at all and I was stuck with a washer full of wet towels. I called Atyer and he said he would be right out w/in 15 minutes! Not only did it only take him 10 minutes to fix it once he got there, the fee was significantly less than what I would have been charged by the other service! Excellent customer service and value! Will definitely be calling back for next repair!

I have used Atyer Service for a few appliance repairs... refridgerator and 2 different washing machines. All 3 services were done VERY quickly. When my husband and I were ready to just toss out our fridge and spend money we didn't have on a new one, Royce with Atyer Service was able to fix it in about 5 minutes for a wonderful price. With one of our washing machines, he had to spend a lot of time prying off a rusted part, but he worked at it, ordered a new part, and came back to get it working in just a couple days! Definately the only appliance guy I will call!

This company was wonderful! They were able to come out quickly. Royce was the technician. He was honest about the repair and what needed to be done. He was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. Their fees are very reasonable. I will definitely call this company next time!

But Atyer Service is as close as I have found. They were fast to call me back and set an appointment for the same day. There tech showed up and was able to repair my washer the same day. I will do business with them again.
