Recently purchase an ECM for my car. They are experts in the field and the computer and service was perfect. I have tried others and wish that I started with these guys first. Highly Recommend!

Bought a PCM from them via the phone after seeing their auction on ebay. Guy there told me to pay via phone. Sent me a defective item and sent another defective one as a replacement. They told me I would get a refund. Lied, no refund 2 weeks later.

My company bought a powertrain control module for one of our clients and it arrived and would not work. Called in and told them about it and all the assistant manager wanted to do was argue and tell me it was the crank sensor which was new from Chrysler. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

The ecu I ordered threw a code and would note fire cylinder number 2 for a Jeep Cherokee. They will ONLY give you store credit. They WILL NOT REFUND you your money. I found a junk yard ecu after I found out the Auto Computer Exchange one was bad. What am I going to do with their crap store credit? Buy another bad ecu? DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO COMPUTER EXCHANGE

Do not take exchange or refund on defective parts. $400.00 out the door and no one to talk to at the company about it. They treat their customers horribly. Check out the BBB about these thieves. Notice all their positives happen on or about the same dates. They are false ratings by the company themselves.

Waiting on my 3rd PCM, fitst two had numerous errors. Horrible customer service not to mention with every one its add to vehicle being down another week and a half. I will never buy anything from these guys, and of course the dont want to return your money for their lack of experience and bad parts.

We had a car stuck whos engine compartment was flooded. We ordered a remanufactured computer from them. It came in and the vehicle would start. It would not idle though We called customer support and they assured us that it was tested and working. We replaced the O2 sensor, map sensor, plugs, wires, rotar, cap ect. I found a different ECM here in town, plugged it in and the car ran fine. I called to return the defective one from these jerks and they told me that they do not accept returns but would give me an exchange or credit. I just bought a computer to replace thier defective one and do not currently need any more. I will never order any thing from these people again. They sell shoddy parts and they are 3000 miles away. The guy in the warranty dept told me that they were so big there was no one to talk to. Said to me "our facility is 15 blocks long, there is no one here to talk to about a complaint so just call your credit card company and try to file a dispute with them. Absolutly the worst service I have ever had.

Greetings and Salutations; I just purchased an ECM for a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from you because I live in a Houston suberb and could not get our car through pollution control inspection due to the EGR Purge Control valve not functioning. I spoke with Micheal on the phone who was very pleasent to deal with. I unknowingly gave him the part number from the TCM at first, but he called me later that day and set me straight. We completed the order the following day once I had a chance to get the correct number and I received the part overnight like I had asked for. We had been having this problem with our car for several years now and the station always figured out a way to get it to pass in the past. But this year nothing they tried would work and they wanted like $700 to fix the issue. (which they said was the ECM) After installing the new unit last night (which only took about 50 minutes), the car started right up and seemed to run perfectly. Today my wife called to say it passed inspection with FLYING colors!!!!!! Auto Computer Exchange saved me a bunch of money and was very pleasent to deal with. Thanks guys! A very satisfied customer, Eric Barnes

Not only do they not back their warranty, they kept my computer core. Filed a mail fraud complaint with the Post Master. Made the mistake of checking them out after I had the same problems as others. Stay away from this business. They give you either junk ,or nothing.
