I took my daughter to the Auto Depot to pick out a used car. We heard about this place from a friend of mine working at Dell. He bought several cars there and thought we could get a good deal there. She fell in love with a Toyota camary, year 2000, great car and a great price. I gave her the car on graduation night and everything was fine. When she got to school she called me and said she dropped her keys from the balcony of her new apartment and broke the remote for the alarm. She could not disable it and could not start the car because of the ignition kill feature. We called Jim and he asked where the car was. I said San Marcos and to my surprise he asked for the address. He sent a technician named Steven and this gentmenan went to my daughter's car the same afternoon. He had a replacement alarm fob and after disassembling it got the fob to work, unlock the door and disarm the alarm. He did not have to do this and did not charge me for anything. I would expect this service if I had a warranty or if I had purchased a new car. I would notexpect it from a used starter vehicle purchased for my college bound daughter. She is all smiles which means we are all smiles. It is the least expensive purchase I have ever made and seems like the most service I have received. I dont comment on much but I was compelled to write this with my sincerest of wishes. We will be back with the 16 year old as soon as he gets a job Thanks Jim and your technicnan, Kudos.
