If you look at Team Honda ratings you'll see a lot of bad reviews. Well I don't know if those are justified or not, but I can vouch for the fantastic experience I had with one of the internet salesmen, Sig Cohen. Let me tell you the great things about Sig: 1. He responded to all my questions quickly. 2. He provided me all the info. upfront, even things I didn't think to ask 3. He was honest about pricing Now let me go on about pricing, as I worked with several internal salespeople from other dealerships that weren't honest about the total cost. I would ask the price of the car and they would let me know one piece without fees. I would ask about fees and they would tell me the one standard fee. This dance would go on at other dealerships until I could piece together the total cost. None of this happened with Sig, who broke down all the costs upfront. As a note I had pricing for my car I was trading in from two other locations, quotes for the 2013 Honda Odyssey at 3 other dealerships, and two alternate places to get a loan. At the end of the day I did everything with Sig, trade-in, 0.9% financing and vehicle purchase. Overall, extremely happy with Sig and I recommend everyone give Sig a try.

The service department at Team Honda in Lithia Springs apparently does not know how a schedule works nor do they value their customers' time. I had an appointment for an oil change and they claimed it would take approximately 2 hours. What's the point of having an appointment if I'm going to be put in line with everyone just driving up? I left and will never go back. I tried to use them once to get a recall notice taken care of and what they claimed would take a minimum of 4-5 hours another Honda dealership did in less than 2. I should have learned my lesson then. Why take appointments if you're not going to honor them?

We bought a FIT from Team Honda. Lynn Ossie, our salesperson, was terrific. If you want an excellent car buying experience, without the high pressure sales pitch you need to see her. She's patient, super helpful, a great listener, very knowledgeable and dedicated to her customer's needs. She made the experience of buying a car a pleasurable one. The rest of the staff was awesome as well, but definitely see Lynn Ossie for your new Honda. You will not be disappointed in her outstanding service!! We will definitely buy from her again!!!

Best car buying experience ever! I inquired about a specific vehicle I found on the internet and was contacted very quickly by a sales rep. He answered all of my questions and provided me with a detailed price quote on the vehicle I inquired about. We came in to pick up the vehicle and it was already clean and ready to go. I would give the entire staff at Team Honda an A+ and have already sent some friends and neighbors who have all had the same experience.

I would not purchase another car from here. They make the sell and then show you right away you made a mistake. No reasoning for explaining warranty it doesnt apply. They will proceed to tell you after almost everything needex done wont fall under the warranty. Also got a WE OWE but had to come out of pocket at nissan for it and supposed to get reimbursed for it. Yet to recieve the check. (been a few weeks) continue to call and get the run around even from, david the GM. Wont be coming to this location, for anything again.

The only reason I gave this dealership a 1 is because yahoo would not allow me to give them a 0. Truly, I rate this dealership a 0 out of 5. It is by far the worst dealership ever. They will screw you over, just as long as they get your money first. If you plan on buying a car, DO NOT get it from the Lithia Springs Honda dealership. If you do buy a car from here, you have been warned, and you will see that the people working there, including the managers, will create problems for you. If you don't believe me, google the Lithia Springs Honda dealership, and you will see that many others have had problems with this dealership and have rated them very, very low. To me, a good company should have AT LEAST a 4 star rating, but the average for this company is a 3 star by a google search, which I still believe is too high for them. Again, the Lithia Springs Honda dealership deserves a 0 star rating. Terrible place to purchase a car.

Poor dealership. Purchased a used Accord recently. After price was negotiated and set, they tried to change the price back to the original sticker price when we went to sign the paper work and pick up the car. Instead of getting tag in the mail, I received a letter saying that I have to go pick up my tag and pay for it. Historically, the "documentation fee" is what is set aside to take care of any taxes and tag fees. This fee was $699. When I called about it, the person I spoke to was telling me that this was a 'standard fee' but would not tell me exactly what it was for. They ripped me off for $699 and refused to say anything other than it was a "standard fee" and I am now stuck with paying MORE advalorum tax and tag fee's. This dealer is crooked! Please do not do business with them.

I just had my CRV serviced by Team Honda. The treatment I recived was excellent. The service advisor- Joe was incredibly helpful and informative. They do an inspection of the vehicle at every service that give you an idea of things you may have to have addressed in the future. This really helps you to plan your finances. I will continue to service there

I both purchased and have had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The service technician treated me as though I was stupid. Even though I still have 5 free visits remaining for oil changes, I have opted to take my vehicle elsewhere.

We had the worst experience there. The price we got were not even close the the internet quote we had. They asked for $599 for the documentation fee, which sounds ridiculously high. They charge $299 for the nitrogen tires, unbelievable. The manager there might be the rudest person we ever met. We asked the sales person for a hundred dollar discount, and he rejected. Then we asked to split the difference, $50 discount. The sales person went to the manager's desk, then the manager yelled at us from the other side of the room (his desk is about 10 meters from us), "I said $100, that is it!!" We couldn't believe that we were treated in that way. How can they do business like that? We will never go back there, and we will never recommend this place to anybody.

I purchased a suv May 23 '08 cancelled the extended warranty within the 30 days that ensures you get the full refund. The warranty company acknowledged the cancellation effective: June 20 '08. My lender recv'd $515.00 over 30 days later from TEAM HONDA. TO DATE TEAM HONDA still owes me $750.00 PLUS INTEREST. My messages with finance department go unanswered ----trying to reach the finance manager is like trying to reach the president: IMPOSSIBLE!! NEXT STEP: CLARK HOWARD, maybe he can get them to return my $750 ! Plus they owe me a tank of gas, thought for sure they would have sent me a gas card or check. HA-HA .....silly of me to think that since they got my money...so BUYER BEWARE

To sum it up they aren't willing to help you get into a car. Basically they don't care. With Honda sales being up they have no incentive but they also have no manners. He said oh we can get you out for that price but he didn't. What a waste of time! Towards the end he got very rude and I am happy that I will not be helping to pay any of their bills!

Dont believe the internet pricing, you will not get the internet price if you try to trade in here. They say well I cant sell at wholesale (aka internet price)and give you retail for your car, which they were not even close to doing. We were taking thousands of dollars difference, then there were charges for $200.00 for nitrogen in the tires? When I advised them it was obvious that there was no negotiating going on (that would have entailed give and take, all they wanted to do was take) I said that I was done dealing with them and I was not wasting my time any longer I got up to leave and the sales manager called me rude, not once but several times on the way out, I can not believe they conduct business like this. I might have given them another shot at making a fair offer until that comment. I guess that is why I see so many Hondas with other dealers decals. I will not go to this dealer ever again.

I had an oil change on my hybrid. I accidently left my house keys when I dropped the car off. When I returned to grab them, they were already done with the job. I was at least expecting to wait a few hours - not 20 mins :)

This has got to be the worst experience buying a used car.I did my research, knew what car i wanted and even had my own financing. My credit union had faxed over all the paper work and merely waiting on the dealership. Well the sales guy called me and told me someone else was looking at my car and since i hadnt signed anything then it could be gone. after i got there and him calling me three or four times, the car was not detailed properly ( wetnaps, trash, dirt and leaves) were in the car! Mind you this is a 2005 Element, A SIMPLE WASHING WOULD HAVE DONE IT! The gas light was on, i informed the sales guy he said oh well since we are losing $1700 we are not putting anymore money in the car. So i guess the sight of me pushing the car was too much so he gave me $5( gas is what 2.89 a gallon) i wasnt asking for a fillup but gesh! So i left late like 9p.m. when i got there at 7:30 and two days prior he had been calling me to come pick up the car. I am happy with my car, as for the service well ,lets just say dont go there hoping for cool lemonade on a hot day!
