Since there is no way to respond to your response to my earlier posting, I have no choice but to open another thread. You responded that your dealership does not need to offer "Gifts" to make a sale. I can agree with that statement, but you have now indicated that I have lied about the promise of a cheap coffee mug that was promised. I misstated that it would have come from the "gift Shop" I should have stated it was from the parts department where these kind of products are available for purchase. Please excuse my misstatement about the location of the cheap merchandise promised. AutoPark Honda has now alluded that I have lied about a promise made by one of your salesperson. I am a highly principled person that will not take this misrepresentation lightly.

Dear Raleighconsumer, It is unfortunate you feel misled with your previous car purchase experiences. I would like to clarify that we value all of our customers and their business. Without you, our customer, we would not be the #1 volume Honda dealership in the Triangle. Also, our General Manager has his business cards throughout the dealership with his personal cell phone number on them. This information is on all the Sales Professionals desks. We appreciate your business, truly. But we earn our customer's business by doing things the right way. No games. No gimmicks. Therefore, we do not offer "gifts" to our customers, nor do we have a gift shop. I apologize you feel the way you do, but we do care about our customers and many of the review sites prove this with the many happy customers that recommend us to their family and friends.
