If you are looking for an outstanding place to take your vehicle for service in the Oak Grove/Toco Hills area this is the place. The location is hidden behind the shopping center with The Grove and Oak Grove Market. They keep you up to date with what is happening with your vehicle, give you a great price on the work, and are genuinely nice people. I am certain I will be back if I need any service in the future.

AJ looked at our car, pulled the codes and did a test drive, but determined that it would need a transmission specialist. To my surprise, he didn't even charge us for the diagnostic work! Even with this brief and limited encounter, AJ found a way to excel in his service.

Great place to take your car. Dealership said I'd need new brakes at next oil change. Took to Autowork for that next oil change, and they said I still had plenty of brakes left, front and back. Fair price, quick service, nice to work with. It doesn't hurt that it's walking distance from my house, either!

We've always appreciated accurate, straight-forward recommendations from A.J. and Amanda. Getting a trustworthy assessment about whether a squeek or noise is trouble or something to ignore is comforting. You can probably find a place that charges less, but that may or may not save you money in the long-run. DJ

I have been using AJ to repair my vehicles for almost 20 years. I still bring my autos back from Monroe when they need service. AJ is a real mechanic, not a parts changer. I've never known anyone better at diagnosing problems. He's honest and doesn't play games with his customers. He's not cheap, but you won't pay for stuff you don't need or pay to have stuff redone two or three times.

A.J. is a trusted mechanic. He helps make sure my car is running dependably which is very important at 100,000+ miles. If he can't fix a problem he will refer you to someone who can.
