Refused to give a ride to pickup the car. Drove and waited for 45 mins for the guy to finish up with just one customer in front of me. Couldn't use free upgrade coupon from Fullsize to any premium car due to unavail. Offered Chevy Malibu as a full size, I was very upset with his decision to give me a Intermediate size car for Full size car booking. Person argued saying that is Avis policy and Mailbu is fullsize. I get the same thing for inter-med rlast rental from other company but same thing from here irrespective of I paid two levels more (Intermediate size -> Standard - > Full Size).He said there is no manager in this place I can talk to. Finally, he offered me Mazda and said if you want you can take either one or cancel the booking and got up from the desk and went inside the room, I didn't have any other choice as I was running late already after calling two times come out of the room and give me "Mazda". He didn;t let me use Avis PR # and said Budget and Budget and Avis is not completely integrated. The car was completely frozen and you can't even open the window to get some fresh air inside, he didn't even warm it up and got my sign then said "Bye". When returning the car, lady in the desk asked me to note the mileage rather than she does it for customer.slide my copy of the paper work in a rude manner and said "you are all set" No thank you or any other greeting. I walked out of the center thinking how they are still in business when they don't care for customer

I've found Avis cars to be cleaner and generally better than their competition. The daily rental price is competative and service tries hard. It's a tough market and a tough job.
