Stay far away from this place. They find ways to steal your money. I have rented two cars from them, one from early June to early July and one from early July to early August. about 2 weeks into my 2nd rental, I saw a charge come up on my bank statement that Avis claimed was for excessive cleaning of pet hair. I do not own any pets and did not have any animals in that car. I straightened that out with Avis. I returned my second car on 8/5/11 before flying out of town. I got to the Airport rental facility around 4:00am and nobody from Avis was around. I was unable to wait as I had a 5:30am flight. My bank account was hit on 8/13 for an abnormally large amount of money from Avis. I asked the customer service number for a copy of the receipt and it displayed that I had returned it on 8/8/11, which was the following monday, so that's 3-4 days extra of rental time. Also Avis said I returned it back with 1/2 a tank missing. I filled the car up just before returning it on 8/5/11. Someone at this facility took the car out and rode it around the whole weekend on my dime, and then stuck me with the fueling charge. These guys are thieves to the highest degree. I've also used Hertz at the airport location in the past and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I'll never do business with Avis again and I don't recommend you do either. Now I'm spending a good few hours on the phone and faxing copies of boarding passes just to clear my name. What a horrible rental facility

We ended up having to take an earlier flight and ended up in the Avis counter 4 hours before our "scheduled" reservation. The people who assisted us were the rude and obnoxious. They did not offer us any assistance, but did offer us a car at about 50% more than what we were quotes for our "scheduled" time. Won't rent from Avis again!
