Okay so i went here to get a routine oil change, i usually go to Peoria Nissan but it was much more convenient to go here, big mistake, they called me and told me i needed a drive belt because mine was cracked so i said go ahead and do it,it costed me about $200, the very next day my car started making a funny noise when i started it and my brother in law noticed screws sticking out of my front bumper,so i went back and advised them of the noise and the screws, they pulled the screws out and told me it was my engine mounts and it would be $325 to fix,i advised them i had purchased an extended warranty with the car and if it would be covered and george told me no, its not covered,he lied. I wanted to be absolutely sure so I went to Peoria Nissan was helped by Paul Watz with great customer service he advised me that it is covered. Avondale Nissan are liars, i would not recommend going here,Peoria Nissan is worth the drive.

I have been using Avondale Nissan service department since the purchase of a new Armada and have always felt the "don't care" attitude, but my recent experience has taken me to searching for a new service department. Today, June 27th, 2008 I had a service appointment for a 30,000 mile service. I get there and not one of the service advisors wants to get up out of their chair to ask"how can I help you?". So I waited and waited and after 30 mins I catch some walking by that asked are you beening helped? But he can't help me because he's not my advisor so I would have to wait longer. In my opinion, this behavior is enforced by management because I always have to fight to get recognized or have to track someone down for help.. I had an appointment why did the service advisors not want to help?? The customer pays large money to have their service at the dealer, we should have some feeling of care. this behavior is ongoing and has not changed in the last 2 years. Customers beware!! Horible customer care>> Fred
