I really felt like Robert went out of his way to make me feel better about getting my car fixed correctly and not taking it to another auto repair place, and I feel that he went above and beyond his call of duty looking up a price for me on the blue book

Efficient, honest and professional. I REALLY appreciated having my car delivered back to my residence because it was a very hectic day. Further the guys were very nice. I will continue to have my Lexus serviced there.

I felt that Bob Ayers went out of his way to make me feel confident of the services they provided and the way they did business. My car is humming along after the "Back to School" special. I think it's saying "thank you"!

Ayers was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I listened to him. They are very courteous and extremely understanding. I didn't have a lot of money on hand and they worked around my budget and were very patient with my situation. I would without a doubt recommend Ayers to my friends family and co workers. They have without a doubt the best customer service of any car repair shop I've visited in Santa Barbara! Thank you!

Customer service is always fantastic, with much consideration given to explaining--in layman's terms--the proposed maintenance and/or repairs. And the repair service itself is no less fantastic. With my first visit, they solved a problem which I'd been struggling with for over a year elsewhere. With my latest, regularly-scheduled visit, a different problem was diagnosed and much care was taken to find the least costly solution.

Robert Ayers makes it right for the customer. When I brought my 20-year-old Mazda Miata to have an oil leakage problem fixed, the car proved to need a lot of work. When I got the car back, Robert cautioned that there were still a few suspicious seals and to keep an eye on it. When it proved necessary to return to have those components replaced, the Ayers staff kept the car for exhaustive testing to make absolutely certain that the leaks were fixed. When they still saw some minor seepage Robert called me and said, "I'm going to take care of this for you." And they did. What a fabulous example of doing the right thing!

Ayers is a great place to have your car serviced. A very friendly and accommodating staff at the front office as well as a highly competent repair department. This is my third visit and each time I have be very satisfied with the results. Thanks

I recently had my car serviced at Ayers and wanted to say how impressed I was with the level of customer service and professionalism. I was initially told that my car would be done by the end of the day. After the guys got into things they had to call back and say they weren't going to be able to finish everything until the next day. Initially I was a bit disappointed because I was planning to go to a friend\'s house that evening and not having a car was a bit of an inconvenience. I was surprised when they offered to pick me up and drive me anywhere I needed to go. I told them I appreciated the offer, but it would be later in the evening and I could work something out. They then said they would rent a car for me (on their dime) if I wanted! I understand that delays can happen when servicing cars and I was very appreciative that Ayers went above and beyond in helping make the process as convenient as possible. The next day I picked up my car and it was washed and ran perfectly. They called a couple days later to make sure everything was going okay. I also got a card in the mail apologizing for the inconvenience of the delay and offering a free oil change. Again, totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated. Well done guys.

Ayers provides friendly and professional service. They took the necessary time to understand my concerns. I was kept informed on the status of my car and they thoroughly discussed the work performed and welcomed my questions. Also, they were very accommodating with my work schedule and offered to provide a ride to their shop after 5:30, if necessary. My car is running great again and I will be sure to return to Ayers for future service.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say what an incredible job the Ayers repair team did on my Toyota Sienna. This is my first time to Ayers and I have to say that I am blown away by their customer service, attitude, and a genuine willingness to help. From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Efrain I felt comfortable and assured that they would do a good job. I have to say that they pointed out what needed to be fixed, what could wait, and did this with no pressure. When I picked up the van I met the owner, Robert, who was both friendly and knowledgeable. These guys go the extra mile, and even take the time to call you the next day to make sure you are happy with the work done. I told them that my van has never run better. I highly recommend that you have your car serviced here. Thanks again for everything.

Sorry I am so late with this. The day before Labor Day weekend (2010) I was driving my Chinook RV through LA and the temperature was 101 degrees and I noticed right away that the cab air conditioner was inoperative. I called Ayers and they said bring it in the next morning. It turned out that the unit needed six parts that were not in stock!! I was sure I was "dead in the water". I don't know how they did it but they got the parts and had it running by afternoon!! Otherwise I would have been out of luck for the long week end. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and service I received. They went the "extra mile" and saved my trip to the Reno Air Show. I would recommend Ayers with no reservations. Congratulations for a job well done.
