Got my order wrong when I placed it, did not make corrections when I called to make additions/deletions, linens were overpriced, and did not drop the damage waiver as I requested. Got my final bill with damage waiver, called to dispute, manager told me contract was closed and a refund was IMPOSSIBLE AS IT WAS NOT THEIR POLICY. This was THEIR error, I stated to the salesperson this was an all adult event with professinoal caterers and I didnt anticipate any damage. I was overcharged and far underserved.
