I contracted this pool service for my rental house and after two months of service not receiving any invoices a $400 pool service bill arrived. They claim the pool wasn't taking the chlorine. and they needed to acid wash the pool for $250 more. I called them and said you have not returned my calls, you have failed to inform me of what has been going on, and now I have a bill for $400 where it should be between $80 and 100 per month. Very disatisfied. Do not recomend

CUSTOMER STARTED POOL SERVICE IN MAY 2005 WAS CONTACTED ABOUT REPLACING BASKETS WHICH CUSTOMER AGREED TO. 2 MESSAGES WERE LEFT FOR CUSTOMER TO CALL US ABOUT REPAIRS NEEDED TO THE POOL ONE BEING MOTOR AND THE OTHER A DRAIN. WHEN CUSTOMER CALLED BACK SHE DID GET THE MESSAGE MACHINE I CALLED THE CUSTOMER BACK TO ALSO NOTIFY HER THAT WE RECEIVED ONLY ONE OF THE INVOICES BACK IN THE MAIL RETURNED TO SENDER. WHEN SPEAKING WITH THE CUSTOMER SHE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THE RENTAL POOL SHE SAID SHE BELIEVED THE MOTOR WAS UNDER WARANTY AND WOULD CALL US BACK ABOUT THE DRAIN AT THE TIME THE POOL WAS NOT GREEN BUT THE STABILIZER WAS HIGH IN THE POOL AND EVEN THOUGH WE WERE ADDING CHEMICALS IT WOULD NOT KEEP THE CHLORINE AND WOULD TURN GREEN. CUSTOMER ASKED ABOUT HOW MUCH WE WOULD CHARGE TO ALSO TAKE CARE OF HER HOME POOL AND THEN SAID SHE WOULD CALL BACK ABOUT THE DRAIN I DONT RECALL ACID WASH IN MY NOTES ON THIS CUSTOMER IT ONLY STATES DRAIN AT 150.00 INCLUDING THE STARTUP CHEMICALS. THE AMOUNT AVERAGED 143.00 PER MONTH DUE TO REPAIRS NEEDED INFLOOR MOTOR OUT POOL ALWAYS SHOWING LOW CHLORINE LEVEL DUE TO THE HIGH STABILIZER.(MONSOON SEASON) AFTER TWO MONTHS THE BILL WAS ACTUALLY 2 AND 1/2 MONTHS OF SERVICE PLUS CHEMICALS BEING 290.70 THAT WAS FOR 1/2 OF MAY JUNE AND JULY AND CHEMICALS USED IN MAY AND JUNE ALONG WITH TWO BASKETS. CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED THIS RATING AND REVIEW IS UNFAIR AND SHOULD BE REMOVED.
