I called and told them I heard it on the radio and that I needed $500 off. They sales guy blew my phone up between me trying to make a decision. When I said ok, the install was slotted for like 4 weeks out. I said no and cancelled to call another company. I got a call back from the sales guy asking why and I said due to the long wait. He called back and said they could come 3 within 3 days. I said ok. He upsold me the whole house dehumidifier vs just the basement (my main focus was the basement due to having spent thousands on getting mold cleaned up prior to us moving in). When they techs came, they poked a whole in my condenser and had to have the a/c repair guy come out to fix it. They came the following weekend and "finished" the install. About a week went by and the basement was still muggy. I called and got the runaround (before sales would call me every other day to make a sale). I was then told to let fan run so that air a circulate. Another week went by and basement still muggy. A tech came by and said that his so-called expensive humidity ready was saying the basement was at 50%RH (even though the wall sensor said 78%RH). Another week went by and basement still muggy. He then acknowledged that I needed the basement only system (about 2k less than what I paid). He then tried to refund me an impartial price. I then said forget this, get your crap out

The folks at B-dry were very professional and really worked their tails off waterproofing my basement, what a tough job. The total job cost me around 7 grand for a 900 square foot basement. I spent another 30+ grand totally refinishing the entire basement into a seperate living quarters, so I wanted a company that stands behinds their work, hence the problem. My basement still leaks up thru the floor during heavy rains but not as bad as before but still leaks and has pretty much ruined my flooring. The warranty is pretty much useless as they whould have to destroy my finished walls and flooring I do have left fixing whatever is wrong, which would cause thousands of more dollars in damage which they do not cover which makes the warranty useless. So, unless your going to leave your basement totally unfinished so they can get back in there and destroy it again to fix whatever needs fixin don't put any merit into the warranty they so much brag about.

I chose B-Dry because as an engineer, I judged their system to be the best after researching the major competitors. They installed a gravity drain waterproofing system in my basement, and I was very impressed with the quality of their work under rather difficult circumstances. They were also very cooperative and accepted my suggestions willingly. I have not had a "gulley washer" since it was installed, so I can't attest to its effectiveness, but I strongly believe the system will completely eliminate my water leakage problems. Their price was not the lowest, but I believe their system is superior, at least in my case. I definitely recommend B-Dry.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers experienced, but B-Dry was my first choice. Fast, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable... I especially liked the fact that they had the indoor air solution to accompany the waterproofing system they installed. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired them to waterproof our crawl, which had standing water when we bought the house. They installed a sump pump and did the waterproofing, which worked well and our crawl has been bone-dry ever since. My beef is with the "vapor barrier" that we paid them to install. They laid down a couple sheets of plastic here and there, nowhere near covering the dirt floor. When I asked about it, they sent someone over to "inspect" it while I was not home, and he reported back that there was nothing wrong with the vapor barrier. So while the waterproofing itself worked and we are very happy with it, they did not actually complete the job that we paid for.

We contracted this company to fix a leakage problem in our basement. We had to have them come out 3 times to fix the poor job they did, and even then we were not satisfied. They were one of the cheapest estimates we got, I suppose now we know why. They roped us into the deal by calling us back to say that they had a "special" running, and were cutting rates by 50%. I suppose we were the suckers in this deal.
