After considering multiple companies, I chose B&K Irrigation because of their price. The agreement came with a 5-year warranty on parts and labor. Now in year 4, a number of sprinkler heads have failed - no big deal, right? There was a warranty after all. Wrong. After many calls to request repairs, I finally received a return call that said they were busy and would call the next day to schedule a time. After many more days, calls and texts I've still not heard from them. I guess they will not be honoring their warranty after all. So buyer beware, you get what you pay for. B&K either has major customer service and/or integrity issues that it should think about resolving.
