Be very careful. The buying/leasing experience may be easy, but the end part, whoa, total scam. I was suckered into buying the lease end excess damage insurance, and was told that BMW would handle all the claims since I bought from them. And at lease end, that is certainly not the case. I am being told I have to manage all that myself. Liars. Second, one would think that if I returned the car with 7,000(yes, seven thousand) fewer miles than what I had paid for, then I would get come credit for this. BMW says, "no" How is this fair? If i had gone over in mileage I'd be paying, Shouldn't BMW, in good faith at least offer me some reduction in lease end costs? Please don't get suckered by the sweet talk and convenience of having the dealership in manhattan. The cars need servicing only once a year anyway. BMW-AG has just lost an 8 year repeat customer due to this deception.

My overall experience at BMW of Manhattan was ok there always to busy thats one, they're not to friendly for my taste specially the service and sales department. I was going to buy my M3 from them but after this experience I decided to give my business to a BMW dealer in New Jersey.
