I had a problem with the manufacturer of my equipment covering warranty items. When I called Brewers the took the bull by the horns and took care of me and worked out the kinks with the jerks at the manufacturer of my equipment. I want the thank Brewer's AC & Heating for taking by bad situation and making it into a positive outcome. You're the best!

I used these guys last week and was very impressed. They came out same day and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I paid a fare cost and the technician was awesome. I would recommend Brewer's to anyone who is tired of being ripped off by scamming AC companies.

Upon SRP's recommendation, I hired Brewer's to install my new $6500 AC unit 6/17/2010. They offered a "10 year No Hassle Warranty" that I was told by my service rep would include EVERYTHING! When less then 13 months after my installation & only one month after my Maintenence Check-up, my compressor goes on a Saturday morning, I'm told there will be a $150 after hours fee (that includes the part warehouse fee if need be). Because I am surprised by this fee given what my rep had explained to me about my "no hassle warranty", I am told the owner Tim has waived my fee this ONE time as a courtesy. Then, when they finally (next day-Sunday, not same day-Saturday) come out to repair, I'm told it will be $100 to fix today to get into part warehouse (owner is NOT covering after hours fee afterall)! Besides owner Tim, promising to waive fee & then changing his mind when there was actually a repair to be made, I was treated as an inconvenience at every turn. It was clear I was an annoyance in their weekend (never did I get so much as an apology for a 1 year old unit's compressor going!). Both the customer service rep & the owner Tim cut me off repeatedly & talked down to me as if I were undeserving of their respect. I can not tell you how insulted & upset I feel. I will never use Brewer's again (I need a new unit on my other side too). I highly recommend that anyone interested in using them be cautious. Their sales men make you feel all cozy & confident then they trrst you like dirt

No follow through, no knowledge regarding the business, no customer service, just excuse after excuse. I had Brewer's inspect and replace the AC compressor. The tech stated 3-5 days and over 2 weeks later in 110+ degree heat and kids, I was still waiting for them to do what they promised. I called almost daily after waiting the 5 days just to be told I was wasting "my" time and they would call me when they got around to it because they were busy. They weren't too busy to want their money. Never wrote a negative review until now. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Last week my ac went out at 5 in the evening. I called brewers and they came out the same night. The technician was great and very informative. His performance was above and beyond my expectations. Bottom line is that my ac was fixed the same night it broke and at an excellent price. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants top quality service.

I had a system installed 4 yrs ago, and I am still trying to get them to fulfill their original contract. They put in both heating and air conditioning. They gave me neither a filter place, or an sir return. They keep coming out and promising to call and they never do.

The Brewers service man could not explain the basics of what was wrong or servicing the unit, costs of a new unit, and he rewired the entire unit incorrectly. More damage was done than the problem initially - also costs are higher than the 2nd company I called who fixed the problem.

I had an appointment with Precision Air and canceled it because my home protection policy insisted I use one of their contractors. I was told I would be seen the following day between noon and 6pm. I called that morning and confirmed and then took a day off work and sweat in my house. At 5pm they called and said they couldn't make it. Had I been told it would be two days I would have contracted with precision and paid out of pocket. Had I been told it would be Friday instead of Thursday I wouldn't have taken Thursday off. I have a feeling the insurance pays less and I was pushed off. I only like to work with companies that keep their word. They still have not shown up or called. Its Hot! their not

Well this started a couple days ago when I couldn't get anyone to service my broken unit. Well to make the story short. I called they sent someone the same day and he was the nicest person. He fixed my unit quickly and went through my unit and checked everything. Brewers is the best company they have me for life
