They will not let you cancel a contract under any circumstances. The 2 week free pass that you can get on their web site is a spam, you are not geting in and try for free unless you sign up and pay the enrollment fee and contract with them. They will find any reason you can not use free pass, one of them is "Club rules apply"..what are those rules i still can't explain...they change according your situation. The staff are rude and sarcastic. Even if you manage to break a contract with them , they keep charging your credit card, you end up calling the corporate office every week, nobody can explain anything and you still get a bill for couple thousands even if you close your credid card acount. The Bay Hill location is the worst, sauna out of order most of the time, bathrooms are discusting...things get stolen from your locker. Don't even bother going there.

I rejoined Baly recently. I was suprised to see that this particular one was in such disrepair. When I started going three months ago I noticed that the windows in the pool area probably have not been cleaned in months. The AC return vents were thick with dust and the swimming pool, though the water is clear, the tiles around the pool look like they have not been cleaned in months or maybe even years. This past week they did actually paint the pool area so things are looking up but it has a long way to go!
