After a series of customer service failures at branch and national call center levels spanning several months, the final straw came when I was told the branch manager Ms. Agosta, would call me the next day to resolve yet another issue. She never called. When I followed up two days later, I was told she was at a recruiting event and unavailable, and would not be checking messages - for another two days! I closed the account after a total of 3 months and will never do business with them again.
