This bank is always crowded. If you have to speak to anyone besides the teller, you better have some time on your hands. I have had them hold one of my checks for 19 days before i could access my money. Poor quality service. They are all about making money from you.

It's ALWAYS crowded at this location. I have to go 5 miles out of my way to get one with a better parking situation. I've realized ALL of them have security guards. Is this supposed to make me feel secure? Six months later, I never received the $75 they promised me for opening the account thats been in great standing. Why do I get charged $5/month when its FREE checking? They withheld some $$from a deposit cuz it was an out of state check--never mind that it was STATE issued! I just can't take it anymore I'm switching banks! argh! Sometimes the people actually smile and look you in the eye.

this location is always too busy, they hire a off duty cop to watch the parking lot but i don't understand how it helps the parking traffic jamthat occurs evertime i make the mistake of going to this bank

I switched to Bank of America from another bank, and for the most part, I've been pleased. This particular location does tend to be a little crowded at times, however, but the staff handles it well.

B of A is a huge chain...so they have lots of online systems and ATMs everywhere. Very convenient. I've had to wait a bit though when I needed to talk to a live person.
